I'm not from Washington State. Was here for work. I've heard that there's some good food in the state so my wife and I were excited to try this place. Once entering the restaurant, it was a little awkward. No one greeted us or acknowledged us. The waitress/hostess seemed to be in a mood. Many other customers in the restaurant were quiet. We ordered 2 ramens and 2 rolls. They completely forgot 1 roll. The Ramen broth was completely flavorless and watered down. The pork was fried and tough to chew. The sushi we got only came with 5 pieces. They wanted to charge extra for spicy mayo and eel sauce. Probably the worst ramen I've ever had and the customer service made everything worse.
Shoyu Ramen was amazing! Pork belly perfect! Tuna nigiri very fresh and the q roll was a delight! I wish I would have taken pictures, but we will definitely be going back so I will add some soon!
My daughter and I had a date today and had a wonderful experience. Everything that we ordered was delicious, we left wanting more!
Restaurant itself has great interior and design, the staff was average and the Takoyaki was amazing. Have to take away two stars as the quality of the Ramen there was very bad. I had the Tonkotsu Miso Ramen and the broth was very watery and almost had no taste, the noodles were soggy and some were clumped together, and the toppings were not great either. The eggs were very very soft and not like Ajitsuke Tamagos, the meat was quite hard and not like standard Chashu at all and all ramen were described to be Tonkotsu Ramen in the menu. I also tried the Tonkotsu Shoyu Ramen just in case it was just the miso ramen that was faulty and they were sadly very similar. If I were to go this restaurant again, it'd only be for Sushi and Takoyaki, not for Ramen.
As far as food goes this place deserves 5 stars. But I ordered online delivery from them and they sent me wrong items. I called them to tell them and they said a manager would call me back. No one ever got back to me. Before that I had been enjoying this place weekly for a very long time. But I do take it seriously when no one gets back to me when they mess up my order. Unfortunately I will no longer be giving them my money unless they miraculously call me and make it right.
Went to try for the first time with my son. Ordered a bowl of Ramon which my son loved an order of orange chicken which never got. 10 minutes after my son finished his bowl I went and asked where my orange chicken was, was told it will be 10 minutes the cook just started it.Not the best service
I had the Garlic Tonkotsu Ramen : Pork belly, bamboo, corn, bean sprouts, green onions, garlic crisps & egg. I added a little salt and chili powder to bump the broth flavor a bit (for my own taste preference, the base was delicious). Very tasty!
Came here on a Sunday night because our usual sushi spot (rhymes with bye) was closed. I can't knock the speed of service because everything came out pretty quick - however - we ordered two appetizers and only one came out (with our entrée) and the sushi rolls that we ordered were 1 star quality. I can't speak for their ramen, but the sushi was garbage. Oh, also, my chopsticks were sticky...
The waitress was very nice. She comped my friend's bday meal. The goma chicken was good, but the tempura was bland. The ramen was a bit bland as well. The spicy tuna and California rolls were perfect.Overall, I'd skip the ramen and get the sushi.
Spicy pork belly ramen was freaking legit! Also had some tako (octopus) nigiri, which was also delicious. Super clean, nice decor, good service
