This place used to be awesome. The food tonight was not worth going back for but it could be isolated. Last time the person there was as unfriendly as you could get. My pork katsu tasted pasty like. Looked really thin. Did carry out and asked for two scoops Mac and one rice. I even saw it on the screen like that but made it home only to find the opposite. Probably won't go back anytime soon after two mediocre experiences.
Just had it for the first time today and it is the closest to home (Hawaii) that I have been in a long time. The food was very hot, fresh, and absolutely delicious. Weill definitely make the drive for this place again!P.S. Loco Moco is yum!
Straight up and down Best Hawaiian food in all the mainland. And maybe better than on some the islands haha. Super good price, Nice portions, and good for the soul
Went around 12:30p.m on a Tuesday. They claim to be open between 10:30a.m and 8:30p.m and yet the store was closed. I tried calling and they answered and then hung up almost immediately. Why would it say they're open if they arent? Will not go again.
Ox-Tail soup is bomb ? Kalua Pork is amazing. I would definitely be back to try more in the menu.
I used to come here quite a bit, but the customer service has really gone down the drain. I stopped in for dinner, and the lady was busy with a to go order. I patiently wait, but another person comes behind me and gets immediately sat down. It's unfortunate because I did like the food, but I will never give them my business again with that poor customer service.
We're from the islands and this place is not what it used to be. taste nothing like Island food it was very plain kalua pork had no smoke hardly any flavor I had to go home and cook eggs and gravy to make it loco Moco style since that wasn't an option here! Plain steamed cabbage and plain dry pork... Lau Lau did not taste good also was very plain. Worst "island" food I've had. Along with the older woman working was not kind - which again is unlike Islanders. Don't go here if you know good island food.

This place is amazing, only complaint is they don't deliver. Definitely try this place next time you're looking for something to eat in Everett.
They saved me on a small group party order last minute on a Saturday after a different restaurant cancelled on me last minute. Good prices on the party portions of their staple foods.
