I give the Banh Mi a C and the bubble tea a D+. The meat was really fatty and the bubble tea was very sugary. My order was correct and the prices were good.

Ordered a house combo which comes with a variety of meats off of uber eats. I clicked the shrimp option thinking I was adding shrimp and it only came with shrimp. I asked why you would have it under the house special because obviously I chose it considering I wanted all the different meat options and she wouldn't answer, just laughed nervously. She asked how to make it better and I said drive the meat over to me and she told me it wasn't her problem, it was an issue with uber eats. Why offer to solve the problem then?Food was worse than average anyway.

Under new ownership and they use very low quality meat. Specifically the meatball pho soup, they use meatballs that have huge chunks of solid fat. Look at that giant gob of it in my photo! You can’t eat half of one without having to pick out the globs of hard fat and it completely ruins the meal. The broth is not as good as it used to be. They did me dirty again, second time. I was hoping the first time was a fluke. Never coming back here.
