The sandwich’s were great but not for the price. With too many sandwiches places competing with each other you’re always looking for the next best thing and you know that everything isn’t for everyone and people are very picky about what they eat. I didn’t get the bang for my buck so I’ll stick to what I know but thanks for the experience ?
The sandwiches are so good. My only wish is that the service was a little quicker, but it's okay because the staff are always nice.
Great food, exceptional service & the location is perfect.I ordered the Italian for my Love medium and it was so delicious and the perfect size.The N.Y. steamer was amazing and reminded me of a lot of delis back on the east coast & Midwest that I'm accustomed to.The lack of 5 stars has to do with the mobile online ordering option - I completely finished everything but couldn't pay for the food - so I had to call the location and pay when I picked up the food.
Recently went to Firehouse subs on a Saturday at 2:09 p.m. I know it was 209 p.m. because of my phone gives me a GPS timestamp saying I was there from 209 till 2:35 p.m. and I was there for 26 freaking minutes just picking up three sandwiches which is absolutely ridiculous. The sandwiches weren't even custom sandwiches they were just sandwiches off the menu no sides no drinks. They had plenty of employees there but they all look kind of lost like this was definitely not an assembly line of efficiency at all. I could have gone to a freaking sit-down restaurant but I wanted my food I wanted to quickly I was hungry and 26 minutes is absolutely ridiculous for any restaurant that seems to be fully staffed. This is definitely a management issue and a lack of training and it needs to be freaking addressed
It is a delicious and nutritious place to eat. They have a great selection of great sub sandwiches ??. Check their great ?? meals. It will energize into a Super Saiyan. Just like Goku. Check out the great deals ??
I ordered 9 sandwiches and only got 8. I looked and saw I only paid for 8. I ordered the 9th and they wouldn't make it out of order. I had to wait in a long line while my 8 sandwiches got cold because they claim it was my fault and my issue. I should have looked at my receipt but she read back all 9 at the register. They were so rude and talked about me behind the counter. I am super disappointed. I love firehouse but I won't be back.
We all love your subs and I tried calling 3 times but just went to voice-mail everytim!. But when we order our sandwiches and ask for your housemade pickles we never get them! They are really good and look forward to them. But when we order through the 3rd party site for delivery they never come when we ask for them through the 3rd party site.I know it sounds weird but as a Chef I appreciate the pickles you make and know what I am missing when they don't get delivered.?
Today my manager walked in and they need a few minutes to get the brisket cut and few other things then they could make my sub. For the extra long wait the guy gave a me and my manager a free sub. I love the brisket sub here I always get it and I will be happy to continue being a customer at this places.
The smoked brisket and cheddar was really good. I like the container they put the sub in to keep it safe. Only wish there were more locations. Can't wait to sample the menu a little more.
I like the food though it isn't anything too special. Decent quality hot sandwiches and a clean dining area. Takes a bit longer than I'd expect to get your order but it's not too bad. I'd go again if I lived closer.
