This place doesn't even deserve 1 star they always mess up on my burrito I order a burrito with no sour cream and I tell them please no sour cream on the burrito and all they say is yea yea no sour cream even my receipt says it. I live 20 minutes away and I get home and take a bite and there's alot of sour cream even looks like extra sour cream I always ALWAYS have to drive back to get a replacement they don't offer anything to me like a drink or something even though there the ones that messed up. I am extremely allergic to dairy I get really really bad hives this constantly happens I will not be coming back to this place I basically drive an 1 hour just to eat a $12.26 burrito from the driving back and forth and that's not including traffic. I WILL NOT BE COMING BACK THIS IS tRIDICULOUS

First time here and I was pleasantly surprised at how good their food was.I ordered a steak burrito and found it to be quite delicious. Please note that I am not a pepper person and I was a bit worried that this burrito would be a bit too hot for me, but it was just right.

My family and I really enjoyed this restaurant for a while, we would frequent there at least once a week. But after recent interactions with the restaurant staff we will no longer be giving this restaurant any service. Between the restaurant staff being rude as well as making rude comments when they think people don’t understand Spanish. The owner is just as rude with his constant disregard for his customers. We would usually send our order out through Uber eats, but as soon as you get to the restaurant they will make you wait 20+ minutes and then require proof that you order the meal. I have told them on multiple occasions that no I am not a Uber eats driver I am picking up the dinner I ordered for myself and my family. After talking to three employees and the owner you will finally get your meal. I will definitely be taking my business elsewhere, and I hope other people have better interactions with this restaurant than I have.

This location is horrible they never get my order correct and idk if it's just that they mess up on purpose and don't care or they just don't know what extra meat is and they charge $6 for extra meat and never give it to me I'll never go back to the Everett location food is good when the order is right tho but the order is never right smdh

It’s a good restaurant when you eat in since you’re basically doing half of the service yourself…but I don’t think any restaurant cares less about their to go and take out orders than this place does. The last time I ordered my food was literally cold and I got no salsa at all when I asked for extra. No lime, no radish, nothing. Previously when I ordered tacos there was no jalapeño or onion either. Even if you write instructions for what you want they don’t read them. Forgetting things once in awhile is okay, but they’re consistently terrible unless you dine in and get everything for yourself.I pay extra for priority delivery every time and there’s no way my food should be cold in the center from the 5 minutes it takes to drive a few miles.

The staff were friendly, helpful, and engaging. The food was fresh, and I love that they have a taco bar, so you can add salsa or hotsauce.Lastly that are open late.

So I have been hitting this place for years now. It my go to place for fast and quality mexican food. They always have a daily special and monthly special. Services it great and they just reopened their free salsa bar.

Rude workers, except the nice lady who serves the tortilla. First time we went there the cashier took our order wrong then we had to wait longer because of her fault for putting our order wrong. She didn't even apologize but had us to pay more to switch the food with the right one. She said rudely, "you have to pay more if you want that order".Then last time we went over there again, we had to walk out and gave our business to another better restaurant; same reason rude workers. Well, it's their loss.

First time here. Got the Caldo De Res for my wife and a chicken quesadilla for me. Did a pick up order. Walked in, was greeted and the place looked pretty clean. Restroom available for guests is always a plus, so kudos for that. Wife said she absolutely loved the Caso De Res. The chicken quesadilla was flavorful and tasted fresh. I paid about $30 for both items before tax and tip, which I thought pretty pricey in my humble opinion. But overall price is not a deterrent for me to come back.

3 months ago my husband and I submitted a report where there was a metal screw in his food that he bit down and almost swallowed. It broke his tooth & caused an infection. Instead of settling it behind closed doors and giving the insurance lawyers our info so they could update us, we’ve sent 30+ emails, had 60+ phone calls & no answers & if they do by chance answer their phone, they say we will call you back or call us back. So as you know, it never actually gets solved. Finally, Enrique the Central office staffer said call Monday. It’s Monday - he is on vacation all week. It’s disgusting that we’ve had to make reviews just for them to respond for their public image, but cannot get back to us in private. **happy to remove review once the central office replies as this was at Bellevue location, but unfortunately if other branches don’t start getting involved urging central staff to respond this is what we’ve been forced to do.
