Happy place, happy food. Loved the warm and friendly atmosphere of the restaurant. We had two dishes-green chili and Mariscos A La Diabla.Chili was very mediocre, but the other one was delicious. I guess you need to know their menu better to know what to order.Actually the most memorable thing here was this warm soft tortilla that they treat you upon arrival! It was very good!The staff is friendly, the service is quick,I’d come back.
Let’s make this review real simple. You won’t find a better Mexican restaurant in the area. They use fresh ingredients and everything is made from scratch - a rare feat in Mexican joints today.The carne asada is second to none. Honestly the best thing about this place is how crazy consistent it is. I’ve been here a ton over the last 2 years and have never left disappointed. You gotta give this place a shot.
There is no flavour in the dishes, they don't cook to order and I was able to finish my plate. At other Mexican style restraunts I've been 2 there is enough to take home usually 2 enormous portions. One to eat at the restraunt and 1 to take home. Also who uses carrots for Mexican food. Save the carrots for the bunnies and add some spices to your dishes. Update your prices to be lower based on the quality of the food. The service was excellent.
I love el Paraiso!! This location is one of my favorites. Their food is amAzing and the prices are really good! I love that they have daily lunch specials even on the weekends so that’s a bonus. The chips and salsa and bean dip they offer is great and I love their margaritas!! The fajitas are amazing and so are the tacos!! Top fav Mexican place!
We love good Mexican food, and the food was okay, but nothing special in our opinion. We were a large party so I have a lot of pictures. I had a chili relleno and chicken enchilada combo with rice and beans; I enjoyed most of the plate, but wasn't crazy about the sauce on the relleno. The service was very attentive, I just wish the food had been better.
I spent over $50 worth of food. After getting home I realized they gave me the wrong food and missing chips and salsa. When I went back to correct my order the owner (Andres) not only gave me attitude but accused me of trying to get free chips.. FREE CHIPS people. I went through all this BS driving back and forth and spending over $50 plus $5 dollar tip just for taking an order over the phone just for free chips. Lmao food is not bad honestly but owner is a piece of you know what and for that reason I won’t support or make him rich. And I ask you don’t either
Andrés, has very poor customer service, I did not understand he’s English , food order was completely wrong ?. I would not ever go there ever , ? he’s demeanor was so disgusting, i totally recommend fresa ? Mexican kitchen and tequila bar .. they are so awesome and service Exceptional
I'm starting to think the meta of this place is to mess with you. Anytime I come here (EVERY. TIME) they hear my order wrong. I've been here maybe 5 or 6 times in the last couple months and anytime I order "all beans" or "no rice all beans," they always hear "only rice no beans." I always correct them, if the repeat the order, but it takes them a few times to get it. Is it me? Is it them? Is this real life? I legit had to tell the server four times "no rice all beans" before they got it. They had to write down my basic order after not even having a pen / paper out.I love the chaos. It's legit my favorite (mid tier) mexican place. It's like those places that mess with you with coffee / etc, but they aren't obvious. Bravo, El Paraiso. Bravo.Told a friend of mine about how often this place mishear my order / mess up my order and he knew the place right away. Did I miss a sign somewhere? ???
Another great experience at another of this Wonderful family owned El Paraiso!We used to Originally, only go to the location in downtown Everett since day #2 of their grand opening Many Many years ago! Then, we started to go to the Snohomish location. Both have always been Excellent! Food is consistently Good & our service we receive is very flattering! The staff/family are always welcoming & gracious! This was for our daughter's 22nd birthday today & they just help to make each time a Special one, whether it is in celebration or just for a good meal. Thank you to all of the excellent staff!
