I came back to Washington for a quick trip and decided to stop by and get coffee this morning, 6/10 at 10 AM. While sitting in the lengthy line, I had my window open and a group of boys in a white SUV drove by and threw a rock into my window hitting me in the eye. It scratched my eye and my glasses.The sweet young lady working, I wish I knew her name, she had brunette hair and glasses, was so sweet in her service I would literally go back to this location just because of her. Thanks young lady for your kindness.
Staff is awesome and chai drinks are so good.
I love this place! The Baristas are amazing! They are friendly, and engage in conversation. the coffee is so ? I usually get a large double cup hot cocomo with whip. They rarely make mistakes and when they do they go above and beyond to correct it. They care also, when I told them that my brother died of cancer they gave me my drink for free.
Staff here is always so friendly! I live a good cup of coffee and their other drink options are so yummy but the customer service here is just the cherry on top! Always nice coming to this location
Been buying from them for a while now. Love the costumer service and they’re coffee drinks are just perf. Haven’t tried their sodas nor teas since I’m more of a coffee guy.

I actually hate how all dutch brothers make coffee drinks but they always have the sweetest people working so I still love going. They're always working hard and having fun and it makes my day. Can't wait for next sticker day ?
DBs coffee is very good. Staff is always awesome and very friendly.Only downside is the drive thru is more often than not backed up to the next block.But it's worth the wait.
I love all the teas and coffees. I'm here all the time. Wish the drive thru wasn't as long during peak hours. However, I am addicted to this place!
The Everett location cannot even get a classic drink order correct! Larg, extra hot sugar free 911. It was sugar free all right they didn't even bother to put the sugar free Irish Cream syrup or regular syrup in for that matter. Then the gal who walked up to the car to take the order double charged for sugar free and extra shots that I didn't order. When I got my drink I had to yell 3 times to get a straw because the music was so loud you can't hear yourself think, let alone focus! I have been a customer for 39 years and this is disappointing at best! No more visits to the Everett location until they pull their heads out of their rears! Whoever the owner is should be on top of training, etc!
