Long time customer. Not anymore. Delivered to the wrong address not their fault. The app keeps choosing my old address sometimes even though its been deleted off my profile. They resent the order and it was missing pizza. Called back and all i got was the driver left with all the pizzas. Wouldnt resend the pizzas at 3pm on a Monday said they were too busy. Only would offer a credit on the next order. No thanks deleted the dominos app...im good. Im sick and isolating at home with covid as is one of my young kids. Order was missing the only kind of pizza two of them eat. Thanks for not doing your only job... -5 stars.
Horrible!!! The manager Sam was the rudest, unprofessional, manager I have EVER talked to! I have never been disrespected and talked to like she talked to me! I’m horrified! She needs to be fired asap!!! I am writing corporate, BBB and human resources this restaurant is disgusting filthy and the manager was the most horrible person I have ever talk to! I’m going to write a piece to the news about this nightmare. I was cussed at by Sam the manager!I’m furious, I will not stop till something is done!!!!!
I luv this store. Seriously, I order the same pizza everytime and enjoy every tasteful bite. Never disappointed. Carryout service is excellent and thepeople are friendly
Service was excellent besides a 40-year-old woman with brown hair really small she was very rude she was yelling at my husband pretty much accused him from for stealing and I've never had service from Domino's like that but I'm not going to let that one person ruin Domino's his name because Domino's has excellent pizza and always had excellent customer service besides that one woman that lady should be fired
Placed order ahead for delivery. Order started 30 minutes before expected delivery and no updates since. Order was supposed to be delivered 45 minutes ago and still haven't been updated. Been on the phone on hold with the store for 35 minutes as of now and still no answer.
Worst customer service I’ve ever had. Waited on hold for 20 minutes to get through to an employee who didn’t place my order because I guess it was just outside of their take-out times. Did not offer delivery options and said they were sorry they can’t do anything! Will not ever go back to Domino’s, this whole experience was BS! Thank you for wasting my time and you are 100% TRASH! ?? do your jobs or close the store but don’t stay open to tell people they can’t order!!!!
Placed my order at 7:57 pm - deluxe pizza. Order was ready at 8:57 pm. Driver on their way at 9:11;pm. Received order at 9:30 pm. It took 1.50 hours to receive my pizza. It was luke warm, undercooked and soggy.The only reason for the one star was the driver was nice. There is a delivery charge of $5.99. I will not order from Dominos again. Very disappointed with the overall experience.
I got a philli steak, and Alfredo bowl. It took 1 hour and 44 minutes to get. The driver was nice, but my wait annoyed me. The Alfredo was descent but my sandwich sucked. I only ate a quarter of it. Defiantly would recommend going elsewhere.
We've never had a problem with domino's until tonight we ordered a $100 worth of pizza and it came out super salty it was just disgusting I couldn't even get through one piece we called the manager and she told us that our pizza was fine I am truly upset what kind of manager talks to people in the manner that she did if domino's is smart they will let her go it's unfortunate because I used to love this store and now I will never order there again don't waste your time going there.....
Kayden did a great job with my delivery order. The driver was great as well. BUT.....When my familt started eating it was so salty you couldn't even eat it and when I called the manager on duty they said nothing was wrong with pizzas.....I have ordered here ALLOT and it has NEVER been salty like this.....I am so frustrated with the phone service from the manager that I'm not ordering here anymore.....I would rather drive downtown and get it myself
