Going to give these lads 5 stars for customer service. I haven’t ordered from Dominos for almost 2yrs due to frequent issues at a Vancouver location.All in all I got what I ordered. The pizzas weren’t jacked up or topping shy. There was an error on 1 pizza….but the fella I spoke with made it right and a replacement was at my door in record time.Thank you
This hole in the wall Domino's is by far the best one I've been to. It's just a pickup or delivery store but they are busy so the food is hot and fresh.I also have to mention that the young, some very young, staff are very friendly and quite nicely diverse.
This place stays on my go to list for pizza in this area. It provides a good balance between quality and price. The quality is surprisingly good for the price. I really like the online ordering with the drive through pick up window. Makes for a quick, easy, and delicious dinner.

Its always a problem ordering from this location. They turn off mobile orders constantly and the app blows. Not to mention they sometimes just stright up close the entire store without notice. It’s inconvenient when all u want is convince. Update ur fuc877ing hours if u want to be closed all the time so I stop wasting my time u inconsiderate assho77$s
I used to like Dominos, but lately it's closed more than it's open. I suggest that the franchise spend some time in the the store and take control of your business
I’d like to preface this by saying I always order from Pizza Hut. I thought I’d switch it up so I ordered a delivery around 5:30 on a Monday from domino’s. It said it would take 20-35 minutes and ended up saying delivered at 7. The worst part was there was no delivery and pizza at my doorstep after it said delivered. I missed the drivers call by 1 minute and tried calling him back multiple times but he never answered. Pretty disappointing experience from Domino’s- won’t order ever again from them.
Store was offline, all order tracking was down and there card reader was down. Walked in to order, they took my order and then discovered card reader down .they filled order anyways and gave it to me for free. They did more then expected that's for sure!!!
When my order was not ready on time I was told that they are not responsible for the time given by the online app. Had to come back 20 minutes later and not even an apology.
Good luck getting your order on time.They have really dropped the ball with having orders ready. Its a shame when you give them 40 minutes for a carryout order, and go through the drive thru 4x, each time being told "itll be ready in 30 mins" over and over and over. 2/3 times in the last 2 months they started cooking my order 20 mins after i showed up.
