Get an Americano, this place is owned by Keurig and oh yeah and dr. Pepper. I have gone “cold” hot drinks here repeatedly.I don’t know if the owners rotate out the powders and ingredients. Also need a new receipt booklet kind of nasty.
I have a raging headache now. My matcha was melted in a different PLASTIC CUP with extremely hot water. It was then poured into this cup which leached even more plastic, and this is how it was served to me. It leached so much plastic from the first cup that there were holes in it. This is 100% a safety hazard.
Im torn on this one. I love the Mill Creek stand. The Broadway one however is always poor service since Shelby and Myah left.I will never go back to this one. Had a free drink, but they told me that actually my free one was not until next time. OK no bid deal, I go there twice a week anyway. Asked for a sausage breakfast sandwich and they said they only had bacon. OK, fine bacon it is. Then they bring me a burrito. They both said that is what I asked for. Then they both tried to convince me how good it is. OK, maybe I had a brain melt.Here is my point. As the customer, I made all the concessions. They never attempted to make my experience a good one. Never a "hey sorry for the mix up let us make that right for you."So, they will still get my money unfortunately, but it will never go through this stand again.

Horrible business. Do not support them. They treat their staff horribly. There is a reason they are always hiring. Please do not give them your money.
I've been to Diedrich twice now, and I just love it! I've had the same barista both times (she works in the evening), and she's just as friendly and sweet as can be. She has lots of recommendations, and she makes a mean latte! I'm very happy to live near this coffee stand! Thank you all for wonderful coffee and service. Keep it up!
