4.5⭐s 5/10/22 - Dine in - Good, attentive and friendly service. Taking 1/2 star only for the overly generous salt cook added on many (not all) of the nice, hot fries. Individuals that like more salt and/or pepper can add to their taste from containers of each at the table. Super Bird - grilled turkey sand. and hot, fresh coffee with creamers very good.To go (for another) - I was told burger & fries were good. Sad, new menu no longer has Philly Cheese Steak sandwich.
My friend politely asked a waiter for a fork and napkins because none came with her breakfast meal (nor mine) and another worker, maybe a manager, touched my friend's back and said something like, "next time ask her (the waiter) when she's not helping someone else." My friend didn't know the waiter was helping someone else because there was no one else there. We waited for the bill for over 20 minutes because the staff didn't bring it to us for that long and we were too afraid to ask for help again due to what happened with the manager. When we finally got our bill and my friend was trying to pay it with her card, the keypad wouldn't work for her to enter her pin. Then two of the staff (one was the manager) were lecturing her about it as if it were her fault when it was the faulty keypad.Overall the service especially from the manager was just really bad. Not only were they rude but we also had to wait such a long time to receive our bill. Never coming back here.
They actually put butter on your toast. At most restaurants you can't tell which side is buttered. Portions are good sized and well cooked. Just a good meal. (I had All American Slam.)
I ordered 16 of the same sandwiches which were turkey to make things easy for the restaurant at 7pmish. We had a late game and this place was one of the few places to order food. I place the order with my phone number and we arrive at 1230am and they tell us they could not make the order because the cooks went home meanwhile we prepaid for the order and they were making orders for other people when we arrived. Just unfortunate we couldn't get notification until we arrived and then they said they couldn't give my money back, I would have to do it online even though I ordered with them.
The restaurant was packed. Seemed that the staff didn't have enough support for the amount of customers. Multiple customers were angry. And the staff handled it to the best of their ability. Got us seated fairly quick. Our breakfast was good for the price we paid. And we were in and out and on our way. Making room for the next guest to be seated.
When I arrived at about 9:15 pm, they were slightly busy with one hostess/wait person. It took several minutes before she escorted me to a table. There were 3 other small groups seated and one group at the register paying. Once seated, it took several more minutes for her to take my order... however, I wasn't in a hurry, so no big deal.BUT, another party of 3 very respectable looking middle aged women arrived. As the server walked past them, one woman asked if they should sit at an open table. The waitress yelled "No" at them and said she was the "only one working." She then cleared and cleaned 3 tables that had been recently vacated (there were several other empty, clean tables and booths). When the customer asked again if they could sit, the waitress yelled "No! I don't know what part of 'I'm working alone' you don't understand!" Then she informed the group that they could leave if they didn't like it! She then proceeded to refill drinks and water for the seated customers before seating the women she yelled at! It was very uncomfortable and embarrassing to witness that interaction! I can only imagine how those women must have felt! I dont know why they didnt leave. Thankfully, once the women were seated, another woman appeared from the back and took their order in what appeared to be a more civilized manner. The waitress, who yelled at them was also my server. I recall her name and will call Dennys management tomorrow. She, in my opinion, should not work in customer service in any capacity.
Ordered our food at 12:15, food arrived at 1:05. 50 minutes for cold food and eggs that weren't cooked the way I asked. We were told, 35 minutes into our wait that a bunch of online orders came in before our order was put in. It seems clear that we should have been told that as soon as our order was put in, so we could opt to cancel and go somewhere else. Were we offered a free meal? Of course not! In the 80's and 90's that was standard. But no, this is 2020's, Denny's doesn't care about their customers anymore. Time is people's most precious resource, they wasted our time.My wife and daughter have been to this Denny's a few times before and had fast service and good food. The resulting food was fine (albeit cold) and the wait staff was nice (though very slow on informing us on why our food was 35 minutes late). They get a second star just for the minor effort put in to service and the semi-ok food.
Food was pretty good, but service was incredible. Out waitress was Jennifer and she was so nice and sweet. It was a great experience, and I’m glad we came here.
Food was good, atmosphere was pleasant.Customer service could have been better. It was not busy, we were one of four customers in the place at the moment. All in all though, good.
The waitress was wonderful. Our food was ready so quickly. They give you big portions. Our food was so delicious. I highly recommend going to eat here.
