This store is barely hanging in there. There's never enough staff here. Food is hit or miss and usually takes way longer than fast food should. If coming in to order food, you'll be placed at low priority while the drive thru is handled. If the line at McDonald's or taco time are too long.......it's probably a good idea to go anywhere else but this place.

I ordered a blizzard and she repeated it back to me still gave me the wrong one.i asked for a dirt pie one that has gummy worms and Oreos in it and she gave me one with nuts I sent it back and all she did was add chocolate I'm allergic to nuts. And I'm lucky my boyfriend checked it because I could of been really hurt. I called back and the women who you can't understand at all was no help .

Our drive thru experience was horrible! We had to repeat several times a drink that they had on special. The woman taking our order was very unprofessional, she was distracted by all the loud laughing and socializing the staff was having. She couldn't hear what we were ordering and then another woman came on and tried to finish taking our order and they still got our order wrong. It took us over 20 minutes to get thru the drive thru to begin with and the other 2 people that were with me decided to just go home and none of us would go there again! I don't recommend it, there are other places that are professional and understand the meaning of fast food!

Their food was tasteless, what i ordered was the flame burger and it tasted old like no hamburger flavor and the sauce was like it was losing it's spiciness. It just tasted wrong, i didn't/couldn't even finish it. And the fries were cold they forgot my ranch dressing. And those girls are young they should be on top of making sure they get/give the order the customer makes is correct. Never Again! I will not go to that location 128th by the motel 6. They need a new business owner to run things right way, not a LAZY Way. It's upsetting because we are paying for good food, not giving away money!

I always get the blizzard of the month and my husband gets a chocolate dipped cone. Then we get a box of dilly bars for visitors who come to our house.

Avoid this place! The employees are not nice at all , truly embarrassing for their logos of happiness when they show none at all. The girl at the window had 0 manners. Drive a little further to evergreen way for better service.

Staff is nice and professional, the food is better than most fastfood....but l did keep close watch on my vehicle, the neighborhood seems to be a little rough around the edges. I need to rate the establishment and the staff, because the outside is out of their control.I did feel sad being here...so five stars to the staff ,only to be fair.

My son got a blizzard and they didn't flip it upside down so we asked for our coupon. The staff was super friendly. Gave us quick service. My butterscotch dipped cone was extremely huge. I love it. ❤

Not the fault of the employees at the location, and I appreciate they were able to get me a cake. But still disappointing. It states online give 24 hour notice for any cakes, I gave a week's notice. When I went in there to do the pickup, they didn't have the cake I'd ask for and hadn't heard of online ordering... Ok scary.It's too bad when the online corporate doesn't help out the franchise local ?But again the employee that was there made sure to find me a cake close to what I was looking for, just minus the customization that I wanted.It will still taste the same!Thank you stay safe I appreciate the hard work

Hours of operation show they are open until 11pm on Friday and Saturday on all signage and google, however after arriving at 10:02Pm the shut the drive Thur order boards lights office and said we are closed. (The young gal took my order but was irritated and rude about it). Then there is staff members working on there with NO MASKS on. These people need some serious training. (I know it’s hard especially being next to that motel 6) but still customer service is your job and I was very nice to you.
