Rated on our last visit.I would always give DQ "5"..their soft serve is GREAT.But last visit their window server was more interested in "her" being right than making our order right. We didnt leave with what we really wanted...but it was still their soft serve...and it was GREAT.
RUDE, wanted cake for BFF BDAY. Asked if ok to look in freezer twice, only to be ignored or not acknowledged I was standing there waiting. Once I had cake, was reprimanded & told I should of asked them for assistance. Told they were busy, REALLY= 3 sitting inside and maybe 5 in drive thru.No pricing on cake or on reader board. Paid cash, didn't have 5 cents in till to give me change ?never going to this location again!!
Friendly people clean store food was good not much else to say about a fast food restaurant
Ordered blizzard with pineapple and banana. I miss the old tropical blizzard with coconut as well. When ordered separately it cost me $7.02. I appreciate the lid and the extra on top!
Don't bother ordering anything new that's been online on a blog. No secret menu barely had any seasonal items when advertising online and tv. Even laughed when I asked. Disgusted...
When did Dairy Queen get so ridiculously expensive?! Almost $12 for 1 SMALL blizzard and 2 dilly bars! Absolutely ridiculous and nowhere near worth it. Shameful.
I'm a disabled 57 year old man. I walk with 2 leg braces and a cane. I have a medical implant that's in my spinal cord. I can't move without these medical devices. I came in for lunch with my wife. The order line and the pick up line were the same line.the restaurant was busy. I made two trips to the counter for my order. On the second trip I got my drink. A large mtn dew. It was crowded and I tripped and spilled my drink on the floor and other customers feet. I was completely embarrassed. I apologized as I returned to the counter and asked A older middle eastern woman who was the cashier ifI could please get another cup because I accidentally tripped and spilled my drink.Her EXACT STATEMENT TO ME WAS THIS WITH AN ANGRY VOICE." I WAS WATCHING YOU AND YOU THREW IT ON THE FLOOR !!her " ANGRY ATTITUDE DIDN'TSTOP THERE ". She came out into the dining area with the mop bucket and kept Staring at me shaking her head and kept saying" I WATCHED YOU THROW ITON THE FLOOR !!It was hard to finish our meals with this woman acting like she was BECAUSE ITRIPPED AND ACCIDENTALLY SPILLED MY DRINK.I've been dining at this particular restaurant for over twenty plus years and I have NEVER BEEN TREATED with this much DISRESPECT THERE BEFORE !AS A MATTER OF FACT I HAVE NEVER BEEN DISRESPECTED IN ANY OTHER PLACE OF BUSINESS I HAVE BEEN A PATRON AT. A DISABLED PERSONSHOULD NEVER HAVE TO GO THROUGH THIS KIND OF BEHAVIOR FROM AN EMPLOYEE OF ANY BUSINESS.!! EVER !!
Their strawberry shakes have recently had pieces of nuts in them. Not a problem for me, but do be careful if you have nut allergies!
