I went here three times in 2021. The first time, they wouldn't take gift card. The second time, they wouldn't take gift card AND they refused to sell me chips even though there were some on the counter behind them. The third time, they were finally taking gift card but were out several key ingredients. I decided to come here just the other day (in 2022), and they were NOT taking orders inside. You couldn't order inside, and you had to order from online. I walked out and will never come again. Whoever runs this specific location must not like taking customers' money. This Chipotle hardly functions, and should look to other locations that run efficiently so they can take notes.

Not enough employees to run the store walk in and they are doing online orders only i dont understandthis business practice one bit; I am here to order my food and go. If I wanted to order online i would have done so before arriving. I praise the people that there but feel bad for them at the same time.The food quality is way down the rice was so salty it was nearly unedible and my double chicken was less than regular chicken. Management is lacking here. I am sure there is a worker shortage. I hope they can get back to a level of good food and great experiences from here.

Oh Everett.... Why is everything in that city just terrible? I tried to order lunch yesterday but you lost my order twice and I had to deal with doordash as Chipotle couldn't cancel the order. I didn't want to, but I decided to go in today and pickup my order. Kinda wish I hadn't ordered as the bowl was lacking. Do you see the rice? Neither do I. 2 stars because at least i got something for my $24Edit: 03/16/22 - Decided to go in today and I ordered the same thing as my previous review and.... See the difference? Ya, DO NOT doordash / use the chipotle app for delivery. It's insane I got more food AND paid way less (before fees). Smh.Edit: 03/28/22 - Told polo asada was online only. Really? You had a full bin of it. I don't see anything in the app either or any signs. One star. I'll be back soon! :)

The last two times I've been here, they told me I could not order inside because they were only doing online orders.Instead of doing only online orders, how about stopping them so people can actually order inside the restaurant. From the looks of other reviews, it seems like most people are disappointed in the quality of their online orders anywayI won't be coming back here

Wow. That burrito I just got from you is tied with the worst I've ever had. Cold, with a rubbery tortilla filled with heaps of chunky onion. My eyes are watering and I'm belching onion gasses. Completely disgusting. I am not a picky man and rarely post bad reviews about anything and I don't want a refund or an apology. Here's the deal. I ordered two so I could take one to work for lunch tomorrow. Big mistake apparently. It's in my fridge. I'd be willing to bring that one back to your store tomorrow and I'll pay your manager $20.00 if he or she will eat the whole thing in front of me. Deal or no deal?

This location is by far the worst overall. Employees always have attitude, they always short the meat (not a “normal” portion size) and half of the time they only do online orders. No sign on the door saying online orders only, but why? What’s the point, if you’re short staffed hire more people. Whoever runs this location, tell your employees to quit scooping child sized meals, and serve food in store not just online.

I used to be a regular customer at this chipotle on Everett mall way. It seems like my experience here gets worse and worse every time I go. It’s been a multitude of things that go wrong. I’ve ordered chips and guacamole, multiple times they have been smashed chips that you can even use because they are in little pieces. Ordering a burrito, they will drown the whole burrito in salsa when i requested “light” salsa. Also in my burrito I’ll get all the cheese clumped into one ball and not spread out. This may seem like small problem but they add up. Whenever I go to the store to order, most of these kids are goofing off and hardly working. The store is an absolute mess with garage and food all over the floor. Customer service is not existent. Places a pick up order and when I arrived to pick it up they said it was not ready even though the app had told me it was ready. On top of that they failed to tell me that their ordering system was not working so I sat in chipotle wondering what was going on for 10 minutes and I had to ask if my order was ready. This place badly needs new management.

Just placed an order about 20 mins ago. Got my burrito which was a 3/10, more tortilla than burrito, and a lemonade with the date 11/12/21 called back to verify & confirm(15 mins later) hopefully it wasn't expired. But infact they all were...got a thanks for informing us and bye. Now mind and stomach both bugging...thanks though..

Only doing online order due to short staff but had 3 people on the line.. They lost 4 customers in 5 minutes. Spent over 20 dollars for burrito bowl, chips and drink. Then the drink i ordered wasn't available so i asked for a refund. I was informed she will do it later but there was no way to to tell you if it was refunded. Asked for her for her name she said not giving my name in the manager of Chipotle is what she said. That's ridiculous. Never will again. I would much rather drive up to Lake stevens to get Qdoba. Chipotle is trash. Food not even worth it.

Unhygienic, semi cooked rice.I went to take out for 2 bowls. There was a staff trying to remove meat containers with a cloth used for cleaning something else. It was dirty. The cloth was touching meat while removing container. I ordered veggie bowl after seeing that. I am not sure what they did with that meat container. Will never go again.
