I love Burger King but this location is bad. Everytime I order through the drive through I am always missing a part of my order.
I ordered two double cheeseburgers some nuggets and a Fanta smoothie. The nuggets in the smoothie were fine but the cheeseburgers didn’t even have the cheese melted. Seems the meat had been sitting there for a while and got cold before the burger was made.
In a time of staff that's not reliable and food is marginal at best. We had a delicious meal served by nice staff! Yes. We will be back. Felt great.
Recently had a great experience at this BK. Austin was awesome and went out of his way to make sure everyone who came in had a perfect experience. It's hard to find quality crews at any fast food place these days, but Austin and the whole team here show how it should be done!

No no no. I understand they were very busy, but this place is ran by manic children who cannot work well under pressure. we ordered three chicken fries, and asked twice for some sauces, and they still forgot to be nclude them. I also needed no mayo on my burger, they even marked the burger wrapper with no mayo, but they slathered it anyways! I was not given a receipt so what am I supposed to do?
My experience with Burger King wasn't the best experience because the line outside grew longer and they didn't put a sign on the door that the lobby was closed and allot of people stop and see if they can order inside the Restaurant and are stumped with thinking that option is possible. I ordered a chicken sandwich with Extra Onions and Extra Mayonnaise and Extra Tomatoes on two sandwiches. Well I had on one sandwich everything except Tomatoes and when I opened the other sandwich they added Double the Tomatoes when they needed to add Tomatoes to both sandwiches that is why I say 4 stars. The Staff here have Complacency on their Menu order's then getting the order right everytime.
Slowest service ever! Drive thru is always backed up almost to the road. Make sure your order is right before pulling away from the window because they don't answer the phone and have messed up our order 3 or 4 different times!
The nearest BK in the Mill Creek-Bothell area and we are grateful we have one within 20 minutes of driving, to satisfy our rare hankering for a Whopper and Onion rings.Service is fast, food is fresh and hot, and the location is convenient.Recently we have discovered the joys of ordering food here through the BK app and it has made our order and pickup a whole lot easier.
Don't beleive the prices they have posted on their signage! Price is much higher after you place order than listed! Their 4.99 chicken sandwich for instance, is nearly 7.00 after you order! Mangager refuse to adjust price as listed! This store is a scam!
