Writing this review as I sit in the restaurant waiting for my food. So far, it's been 45mins, didn't even ordered anything complex, not even a full restaurant. Decided to give the Everett location a try and it's just like any other Buffalo Wild Wing - incredibly terrible service. Not sure how long I will continue to sit here until I decide to just walk out of here.
Went there a couple weeks ago and they did better than any other times I went before. The food was pretty good but the fries got cold quick so I definitely would just stick to the wings. Customer service was pretty good this time, although we had to wait about 15-20 mins for the server to come by and ask about drinks. Overall it was a decent visit this time
My family and I came in tonight and Daniella was our waitress. She was so on point with e erything we needed. She checked in on us frequently. More importantly when it got busy she came and apologized for not being attentive(which wasn't true because she totally was). We enjoyed our food and the service was amazing from the host to the our servers and our amazing waitress Daniella. Thank you!!
Had horrible experience this time. There were two reps that received us and we did a take out order. One of the rep mentioned it was 20 -25 mins wait time. We waited for an hour at the door and both of the reps couldn’t figure out my order was sitting behind the entrance in the hot box. After an hour wait time, I pulled up the receipt and asked the rep to cancel the order or just was away if they couldn’t do that as the kids in the car dozed off to sleep waiting. Until finally when the manager came an figured out the was in the hot box, the food turned out to be cold. On top of all this, we requested for “extra wet” on some of the items and it was lightly tossed with little to minimal gravy.

This location is disappointing. The seating wait times are long even when the dining room isn't full. The host staff seem upset to be at work and couldn't care less if you stayed or left. Food takes forever and isn't correct most of the time. The Lynnwood location is a lot better! However, the boneless wings, traditional wings, "naked" tenders and Buffalo chicken wrap are all pretty tasty.Stay classy Everett mall.
Horrible service! The hostess let us sit there for an hour and never sat us at a booth then when we tried to order take out she had the audacity to tell us not to be late to pick up our food or they would throw it out. If i could rate negative 5 i would.
I have delivery this time, but the wings just taste too dry and too much MSG, made my gum all swelled up. Maybe they changed the recipe after Covid to kill more germs

I'd give 0 stars if I could. First off Spent 25 minutes waiting for a table ok I get that no problem we can wait it's Saturday night I get it.. so we Waited 25 minutes for a table ordered sat down within 5 minutes of sitting down we order. mother order an appetizer so we expected she would receive that first. Nope. 45 minutes after ordering the appetizer was deep fried pickles. ( it didn't arrive until after we got our food) after reminding the waitress we never received them. My nephew and I ordered 2 pulled pork burgers & 5 tenders, and my mother ordered a chicken wrap. After receiving the food Both burgers had almost no pulled pork on them. Them being called pulled pork burgers you would expect a pulled pork burger. The Burger patties them selves were cold to the touch same with ALL OF OUR FRIES. The only thing that was actually hott was the chicken tenders for my nephew. This place is an absolute joke I don't even understand how this is allowed to be ok.. The Staff doesn't even know what there doing half the time. The waitress even tried to give us another batch of reheated fries trying to make up for the first batch of cold fries. Hot pan barely warmed fries after receiving cold food is not worth the price of Reheated food at a restaurant should not cost us what we paid. 60$ for everything including soda all a complete waste of food. We are never going here again, and will not be recommending anyone waste there time and money at this establishment.
