Our waitress is the best! She brings our regular Pepsi no ice with a straw and hot water with lemon wedge right over when she sees us seated in her section. (I'm so glad I waited 3 days to post because a few days ago we were there and I asked for just a few more fries/jojo's and that waitress said, "I don't do bottomless fries. I would have to charge you.") I've received more fries /jojo's and not been charged before and then other times I have been charged for a side. . . I mean, I would have paid for them if it was on the bill. Plus, I got 16 potato ends for Jojo's and not the meaty one's you usually get. . . ) Anyway, that was the first time anyone has been less than friendly there to my son and I and we eat at the Marysville WA BB and Brew a couple times a week, for about two years now. Food is always done to our request, fresh and if there is a problem, (like hair in the food, I mean, don't freak out, it happens at home too,) they bring you a new plate full of food at no charge. I am thankful for their friendliness and great customer service. I don't have to cook and they've never shooed us out even after they've closed. Bob's wait staff are nothing like the ladies at the library, who remind you it's closed and you have to leave. :) Did I mention fast and efficient? Yes. They are that too! Food is good. I don't have to cook=food is good. We have only been to the Marysville, WA location though, you should check it out. Prestyn ROCKS! WE ALWAYS ASK TO BE SEATED IN HER AREA!
I had dinner here on a busy Friday evening. It took some time for the wait-staff to take my order, but I could see that they were busy. The staff apologized and was friendly and nice to me. I ordered a Cajun Gourmet Chicken Burger with a side of Green Salad and Italian dressing. The food was high-quality, delicious, and filling (if you are really hungry, you may choose a side of either the fries or the potato salad). The green salad, especially, was very fresh. I am calorie-conscious and found that the burger wasn’t too high on calories but was high on protein, obviously. This restaurant and sports bar is trendy, has good menu items to choose from, is conveniently located, and has ample parking space. My bill was a little over $17, and with the tip, the total amount came to $21. Do check it out - recommended. ?
This was out first visit and while the food was good, there was one too many little things to overlook. We ordered the Bob burger and the Ranch burger with onion rings and a side of fries. The portions were generous. The patty on my Ranch burger was a little pink, which surprised me because of its uniform thickness. The fries were undersalted, maybe even unsalted. We ordered diet Dr. Pepper. It was flat. When I told the waitress she said it didn't look right when she was filling our cups, but... She offered to bring diet Pepsi. It was also flat. When I pointed that out, she said, "I don't know what you want me to do". I asked for water. The water was lukewarm when I took my first sip. Odd, but it cooled soon enough. When our bill came we were charged for the sodas. My husband said to let it go, so I did. The fry sauce still had streaks of ketchup visible in it, not a big deal, but seemed to say what the burnt out neon Bob sign on the building said too Everything is barely good enough and nobody is trying to make it better. Oh, and there's a typo on the cocktail menu, Blue Hawaiin...like I said, it's good enough...
The server forgot are onion rings as a appetizer that we had ordered because our entree were salads when I reminded him of course he forgot which is fine, I understand I can relate as I am a waitress myself and understand and no 1st hand how busy and chaotic it could get when you're the only one in the restaurant taking tables he stated that he wasn't He's going to charge us for that onion rings well well let me remind you we had to add 2 entree salads for our course and on earnings for a appetizer I had one drink which was $8 an alcohol drink and my husband had a Coke Pepsi whatever explain how does our bill come shy of a $100 dollars . It did not show or break down each purchase for each item, nor did it give us the amount for each item . Don't get me wrong the food was fresh hot because he forgot it and the salads were fairly good other than me having to pick out the hard lettuce in the salads but it definitely wasnit definitely wasn't a $100 worth for Bob's burgers I could go to the keg and get a nice Filet minion Me and my husband both and both get cocktails cocktails for about that same price and have a nice steak dinner so it was shocking to walk out for lunch mind you about 1pm And to have such high of a bill I could understand if it was dinner hours but we were on lunch hours hours so I would recommend this place don't get me wrong and the server it wasn't his fault or his doing he doesn't make the prices or how things print out and of course everything's always taken out on the server it just always is I know this from 1st hand experience myself as a server but if you're not wanting to walk out with a high bill I'd suggest to go to blazing onion or something
We were in the mood for burgers and decided to try a new restaurant besides our usual (time for a change, I guess). We drove through the snow and whatnot traffic to come to this restaurant and they closed an hour early.The worst part was that the hostess was watching us get out the car and coming over (let me remind again, in ankle deep snow) and with two kids but it didn't budge her to inform us sooner that they decided to close in soon. We ended up going to Red Robin instead and they as always never disappointed with their service and food but I've been disappointed with Bob's Burgers even without trying.
Amazing food and drinks! I got the "Aloha" burger paired with a "Washington Apple." My fiance eats much faster than I, so I took a lot of my food to-go. But anyways, our waitress was really nice and was even able to get me another drink to-go for home ?Update: the person taking phoned-in to-go orders tonight was really nice! And they got our whole order correct! 5 stars again ??✨
Visited Bob's Burgers and Brew yesterday December 5th. I have been to Bob's in Marysville Quilceda always to have great service and food. This visit was not up to the Bob's standard. Let's start with the atmosphere, the floors in the entrance were dirty and no one at the counter to greet guests. Bus boy see's us and then clears a table for 3. Possibly just experienced a rush of people because tables were still scattered with cups and plates. Only two other tables in the restaurant had guests. Waitress was obviously new and did not have much experience. After one in our party spilt a glass of water the waitress came over after we asked for a rag, she cleaned the excess ice cubes and water I thought she would be back to mop up the rest on the table but never returned and water drained into our laps. After using all the napkins on the table, we could not see anyone to ask for some more to help with the water. The tables remained empty with all the previous guest's glasses and plates for the entire hour and a half that we were there. (Two busboys no customers?} The food was good, the service and atmosphere needs work, more management and training would help. This example gives all Bob's a terrible reputation. Visit Marysville
ew not good at all. fires are nothing special and the burgers are meh no flavor. came here about 3 times and each time we asked ourselves why we keep coming back... sorry but no good. not worth the price if BWW is closer.
