Overall I think they have fun flavors, but what earns them two stars is that I ordered an Arnold Palmer and when I finished it when I got home the cup was still full 3/4 or the way with ice. Almost none of what I paid for, overwhelmingly ice.
I would give it less stars if I could. We waited over 25 mins for a cup of coffee. The person Infront of us ordered 7 drinks. Which is fine but BigFoot should have a policy of having the person move to the side while the drinks are made. We were trapped in line. It really will make me think before ever going again.
Literally the best coffee & drinks, and the workers are always super nice. They always suggest good substitutes if you want to spice up a drink ?
The drinks are always good and the people working there always take great care of us.
The baristas are nice, friendly and fast...I love the bigfoot specials and cup sizes

Waaaaaaaaaaaaaaay better at this location than the one by the iHop who just cannot get it together. Their service is so bad over there, I mean Applebee's level bad. But this location is great. Always makes the drinks perfectly and they're very nice.
The baristas are 5 STARS! they always give exceptional service. They are sweet, kind, efficient and knowledgeable. They are the only reason I buy drinks at big foot. I was spending around $60 weekly on my drinks. LOYALLY! Most the girls know my phone number by heart. I went to get my drink after the new year and I figured a price increase was due. However they increased the cost of my drink by a whole entire buck! Insanity! It cost $7.60 something for a Red Bull Italian soda with extra flavor. (A single 8oz can!!!) Everywhere else I go for the same drink is under $5. Shame on you. I really hope the price increase included a raise for these amazing girls you have working for you. You are lucky to have such loyalty and experience with these girls.
Always mostly super nice and pretty fast while only have most times 2 ppl working and they seem to be busy Everytime I've went there but always seem nice most of them at least and fast plus good drinks
