Best Baskin Robbins in the area! 2 years ago had a horrible experience at the Marysville location, last year had a good experience at the Colby location, but this year had an amazing experience at this location on Everett Mall Way!I ordered a full sheet Oreo Ice Cream Cake and asked for "Happy Birthday" to be written in Fudge (which every CA location was able to do for me in the past but neither of the previously mentioned WA ones had been able to do). Not only were they able to write it in fudge, but they wrote it on a piece of white chocolate as a banner and didn't charge me extra!The cake had more whipped cream than I've seen before and inside the cake had the perfect ratio of cake and ice cream. The cake itself wasn't old and stale either (once we got home and dug into it)The employee at the store was wonderful when we arrived; we even purchased a scoop of ice cream and she was patient and kind. Out of every Baskin Robbins experience over the last 20 years in 2 states, this was the best experience I've had. We will be coming back definitely!
Good store but you guys close too early.
What nice people in today's chaotic world. Bad experience at another store nearby and was feeling like I needed ?. But I got so much more. A really friendly lady who took the time to help me make the selections that made my day a little better. The ice cream was as velvety and taste as I remembered. The prices for such gourmet ice cream was very reasonable so I took a pint home to my spouse. Maybe an ice cream cake for Thanksgiving....hmm.
Most wonderful people and and.. especially Din, she is so amazing. Plus most delicious coconut ice cream.

Great service every time from this locally owned Family business. We stop in and get an Ice Cream cake for every family birthday and celebration!
Purchased a ice cream cone cake with ice cream cones on top ... it was fun to eat and a good way to finish out the week ... we will be ordering a ice cream cake again soon... thanks Sydney
