I haven't been to an Applebee's in years. There was a reason. I thought that over the course of the past five or six years that reason would go away. That reason is there is what is advertised and then there is what is delivered and the two of those could not be more different. I want to make it clear that the staff was a pleasure and I greatly enjoyed the service that we received.But man oh man the food was just sad.I had some strange Frankenstein concoction that was supposed to be macaroni and cheese and spicy sweet chicken tenders. The chicken tenders were not even coated in the sauce and the sauce tasted like maple syrup. The cheese for the macaroni and cheese was very similar to jarred Alfredo sauce. It just was not good. The cheese fries were also just as sad which is sad for cheese fries. Seriously, how do you mess that up?I never expected to be here in the first place, so the fact that I will never return shouldn't be much of a surprise.Again, the staff was great, the food was atrocious.
Food was fine, got what we ordered and got it hot. Service was great, the waitresses always make it fun for my son.
Found a napkin in my drink. Guy didn't say sorry and didn't even give me a new glass. Food was meh, the least they could've done was discount my drink... the good reviews are all bot accounts for this place, don't eat here if you respect yourself.
Ordered a 6 oz Top Sirloin which actually weighed 4.8 oz and a Brownie Bites that was hard as bricks - more like Brick Bites. Otherwise the sirloin meal was not that bad.
Jorge was an amazing server/bartender , on point and friendly . He definitely takes care of the restaurant.. the food was good and the 2 for 24 wins the night when your with the lady .Thank you guys !!!!
We were not offered water or refill on my lemonade and my guest got wrong salad dressing which she did replace.But place nice and food good. Did not have to wait too long for food.I slipped and nearly fell walking in. Someone dropped a french fry on the ground inside the foyer.
Beer cheese came out cold today, server very promptly fixed the issue after being notified. I don't usually have issues at this location so I wouldn't worry too much. The pretzels could use more salt probably though. The wings are "great" as well. I like to come during happy hour if you couldn't tell. The drinks you want most will likely be out of stock though. I enjoy coming here.
We have gotten the same wonderful waitress the last 4 times..She's absolutely amazing with my 99yr old father..She remembers us and remembers what he orders..The food has been great..
We came here late at night for some burgers and steak, and it was an absolutely pleasant experience. All of the wait staff we were served by were very nice. The woman who took our order even alerted us to a specific deal that was going on with items that we were ordering, yet on a cheaper combo if ordered that way. All of our food was cooked perfectly as we requested.
We had a great happy hour. I'll be honest, I'm not the biggest Applebee's fan BUT this location has a great staff and some good drinks and delicious appetizers! Definitely will be back again!
