The pricing is misleading, at best. That's the hard open. The pizza is okay, if you get a deal. That isn't likely to happen again, as it would seem. What do I mean by misleading, you might ask. Well for starters, you are offered an XL for 16.99 carry out price, and a $19.99 delivery price. One might think that $3 is a pretty fair surcharge for you pizza to be delivered, and I would agree. Unfortunately, that's not where the charges end. As it happens, the also add an additional $4.99 delivery fee on top of your delivery fee, $1.00 of which goes to the driver. As good ol TV infomercialst extraordinaire Billy Mayes would say, " But wait, there's more!". That's right, there is more, one more fee the call a "service fee" for $1.50. When I asked what this particular fee was for the response was? Wait for it.... "For us to make your pizza." This pricing policy seems deceptive at the very least, if not illegal. Regardless, these are predatory sales tactics and my neighbors deserve to know what they are up to.
Loved the heart shaped pizza for Valentine's Day.
Very good pizza, though admittedly I usually get it through door dash and don't deal with the customer service issues others complain about. Get the dip sticks the "garlic bread" is the sad jazzed up sliced bread version college dorm students usually make.Extremely good sausage for those discerning.
I ordered from here through Uber Eats and I did it as a pick up order. I show up and not only did the old guy working take FOREVER to talk to me but when he did he was SO rude. He basically told me an Uber Eats driver took my order. So instead of owning the mistake, like he should of, because it's on him and the driver to grab the right orders.... But instead of replacing my food after I asked that, he said no I'm not going to do that. This is Ubers fault take it up with them. So basically I never got my food which seemed to be fine with him and I'm still trying to get my refund from Uber but I'm guessing he got paid.Never coming here again.
I love Alfy’s specifically for the breadsticks and the ones I received were absolutely disgusting! Very dry and flat. Very disappointing!
Owner was extremely rude I seen his delivery driving dangerously fast through my neighborhood during heavy snow. He was gunning his engine while constantly spinning out of control. Upon calling the business to report the driver the co owner was very dismissive and rude while handling my complaint and just overall not taking the situation serious. My recommendation would be to order from a reputable pizza chain that will take community concerns seriously and put community safety over profiting off the community.
Good food and if you dine in its clean!
Good pizza. Small dining area inside with some outdoor seating.
pizza was pretty good, cute seating inside and outside, and guy who helped us was super nice.
Good pizza, but one guy who works the phones has no customer service skills. Will always put you on hold, always claims that they cant do delivery, and sound like your wasting his time the whole conversation. Not sure how he stays employed.
