Phone does not work. This isn’t new, this business is THAT bad that it won’t provide a working phone number to reach them.Ordered by mobile order so the order is written out for them and it’s still entirely wrong. Will be reaching out to the corporate contact since this location can’t manage to provide a phone number.
Extremely rude morning employees. We went to get breakfast for the first time at TB, and specifically ordered “number 11, JUST the burritos” and they kept going “so the combo?” Even though we clarified over and over how we wanted just the burritos, and this went back and forth a good few times. When we thought they had it right, they still typed in the wrong order and then told us to “just call it by its name next time” but what’s the point of having numbers on the menu if we can’t use those equivalently? When we asked for the right items by name, they responded with “but we already made you the other ones.” We tried many times to calmly explain ourselves but they only responded rudely and we ended up just leaving without getting anything. Very disappointing experience.
SUPER SLOOOOOW!!!! Waited in the driveup line for 15 minutes without moving, then ordered online, got out of line and parked, and waited another 25 minutes for the mediocre Taco Bell food. When we were leaving with our food I noticed the car we were behind still hadn't made it to the ordering speaker. SERIOUSLY?!?!? IT'S TACO BELL!! How hard can it be to assemble the same 10 ingredients over and over?? Won't ever go back to this location again!
Most often than not they get the order wrong, drive thru line takes a very long time
Have now ordered twice from you all and have yet to get a single item correct. Have even used different services to order and everything was still wrong. Sure hope that spicy chicken sandwich taco is good because no matter how many times I order one I never receive oneUpdate: still waiting on any sort of response from anyone. This is why Taco Time is beating you in the PNW. The managers, staff, and owner should be embarrassed by the lack of quality on this store.Update 3 times now!!!! And this time you tried to give me beef crispy tacos instead of the 3.50 apiece chicken tacos. Will be reporting to corporate.
Food was as expected it's fast food good when out drinking and need something fast
The staff is friendly and they try to help everyone. Food service is changing and most places are under staff.. reason i write this review is because some times you will need to be patient with your order.. i seen wait times in many Restaurants that exceed normal wait time . So before we get Mad let's understand COVID has changed restaurants .... Make sure you have time before you decide to wait in line..
Placed and mobile order here and when I arrived they couldn't find it in the system. Had to cancel my order, even after I showed them the mobile order on my phone confirming the location for this store. Decided to go across the street to McDonald's instead, a much better experience there. Sadly this seems to be a common occurrence for ALL the taco bells, their customer service is the worst. Never returning to any taco bell, its just not worth it anymore. ?
If you care about Covid safety, don't go here. The staff member who helped me at the drive thru window was (improperly) wearing a face shield and no mask. It was propped on her head so it didn't actually shield anything coming out of her nose or mouth. I wouldn't mind this as much if they at least had a plastic barrier on the window but they didn't have that either. My quesadilla was also smaller than those I've gotten at other locations but tasted great. I will wait until the pandemic is over to return to this location.
The manager here is truly awful. Charged me $22 for someone else's order, and wouldn't even refund it. Also, saw her rudely interrupt another customer's order, and her employee actually yelled in frustration. Not gonna trust this Taco Bell until they get a new manager.
