Went here with a gift certificate on Tuesday, only realized they made me pay full price and used my gift certificate to bring the price down. When I called later to ask about why I was charged more they told me it was either a sales price or I could use a gift certificate, not both at the same time.
We order pizza here every week for years last few weeks quality is way down.
This place has been consistently bad in multiple ways. My biggest complaint is that they take way too long to get orders out.
I REPEAT DO NOT GO TO this papa Murphy’s On 9/14/2021 at 8:30 I walked in and ordered a pizza and asked if I could get a salad and breadsticks Deanna stated that they don’t have any. Judging at how the inside look, the store looked like it was about to close when there is 30 minutes left to say open. Which is illogically incorrect when working in any type of industry where there is product to be sold it sells until the store closes. So I couldn’t get breadsticks or salad as the store was closed down early. Another customer came and asked for the same thing and was told the same.
Extremely slow service. Prioritize walk ins to phone and online orders
I wish I could give zero stars. My family loves pizza, and every Tuesday is pizza night for us, which means Papa Murphy's. I go out of my way 15 mins to go to a different location just to avoid this one.After calling in an order on our way back from a family wake/viewing, the cashier/"team member" was extremely rude to me, I had mentioned that I was not going to come back to that location, her manager had told her to give me a discount for the hassle but she didn't know how to apply it, so instead of asking for help she said in a very snotty voice "what? You not coming back to Papa Murphy's anyway right? It doesn't matter." I was so incredibly offended. I admit that I was having a very hard day, and definitely came off a little frustrated/rude when I spoke with the manager, but she isn't even the one who treated me badly, and secondly, as the customer I feel I deserved a little more respect than that. ??♀️
We were the only people in the entire placeAnd the order took over 20 minutes to make. The employees had no interest in interacting or being friendly with us or the other customers that came in. When other employees came into their shift the one making our pizza literally stopped working on our pizza to go in back and talk to them.
Entrance is disgusting. It needs to be pressure washed. Makes me not want to walk in and buy pizza anymore
This is a good Papa Murphy's. I order online and my pizza is always ready on time.
Great staff. My pizza was wrong but that was my bad on the online ordering (I changed the size of the pizza and it cleared my customizations). They fixed it for me right there without any issue. Very nice.
