I went in to pick up a rather large door dash order during the middle of hell (dinner rush) and one other person picking up a delivery order was yelling at staff for taking so long and they handled it really well. Outside of this pickup order I usually choose this panda express location over the others in the area for the way the staff handle other customers. I would've enjoyed working here in my teenage years.

Food (quality and portion) and service were some of the best I've seen at any Panda. This location still uses the large paper plates instead of the smaller styrofoam ones I've seen at other locations. Good stuff.
I didn't visit this place, yet Google demands I rate them.
The food is OK for fast Chinese food but as the food sits underneath the heat lamps the food gets drier. So wait until they bring out a fresh batch.
I love panda but every visit the food is different than the last. Tastes just a bit different. My orange chicken this time was so over cooked that the pieces were crunchy, even the chicken was crunchy. I'm 20 minutes away and didn't want to go back for replacement.
Delicious food. I came to Panda after a long day of work and was ready to devour a feast. They gave me a great portion and was delicious. Fast and helpful service.

Disrespectful, they wouldn't speak to me until they served every male customer in the store first.Food tastes great.I ordered through the app at 6pm. Order confirmation said food would be ready at 6:30pm.I showed up at 6:25, I was not greeted or acknowledged. My food was not ready.When I walked in there were 3 other customers, all male. While I was waiting more customers walked in, all male. While I was waiting in line I was skipped over. They hadn't spoken with me at all to know if I was there for ordering or pick up! My wait was made even longer because they needed to make more food, because they served it to all the walk in customers.They finally put my order together once I was the only customer in the store.I've never felt so invisible before.
Went in today and was helped mostly by Seni, who was awesome. Super friendly and helpful service and upselling. Food was fresh and just as expected.
