My family and I had gotten to our hotel in Edmonds around 9 pm. We hadn’t realized that almost all restaurants in the area closed by 8, so we were desperately looking for a place to eat since we were starving from our 5-hour plane ride. Thankfully we found this place- a hidden gem! We were seated right away and the service was impeccable. I was skeptical that a place in Washington state would have authentic, New York- style pizza (I am a huge fan of REAL New York pizza, so hard to find outside of NYC!) but it truly was New York-style pizza! Totally hit the spot. My whole family was so incredibly pleased with the food, service, and drinks. I tried the drink special for that night (a Reese’s peanut butter cup inspired old fashioned) and it was strong and delicious.If you find yourself in Edmonds, eat here!
All the food was excellent and the Brussel Wilson pizza is fantastic (yes Brussel sprouts on a pizza are a must try). Their Cocktails are also great. Great location with easy parking and has indoor and outdoor seating. The owner, Niles, came out for a chat with us and was super nice. Would recommend this place 100%.
We loved Niles after he was our bartender many moons ago. He has such a flare for design that the ambiance, food, and drinks are quite instagrammable. They taste great too! Only challenge is there are no substitutions on pizza so folks with dietary issues should check the menu first.
We had the My Hot Date pizza and a Caesar salad. Both were fantastic! And they have a nice list of cocktails. I had a Black Manhattan with the walnut bitters. An excellent cocktail! I highly recommend this place.
Best place for vegans to eat in the whole island. They have a vegan pizza, vegan cheese and even a vegan dessert (apple pie) that was delicious.Service was super friendly and helpful.We were in a big party (25 people) and they managed to bring our food together and keep our glasses full.
Hidden gem, a friend just recommended this place and I was surprised we were able to grab a table on a Saturday pm for four. Great for cocktails maybe folks haven't found out this place yet. The pizza is also delicious, they have the option to add vegan cheese and this was a nice surprise to my vegan friends. I've tried the pizza with vegan cheese and it was great. Hoping to return and try with traditional cheese.
I'm rarely satisfied w/ places and things overall, like it must be a total exception to me, but Niles Peacock hit the spot! Yummy delicious pizza and the most amazing cocktails made so far - totally impressed & can't recommend more - this hidden gem doesn't get fame and attention it deserves.
Some of the best pizza I've ever had! The crust was crispy, but not burnt, and the inside was still soft and delicious. And the toppings were fresh. They had many cocktails and also some mocktails to choose from. We'll be back!
Continues to improve. Now a gem in Edmonds.Pizza now ranks among the best in the NW. Inventive recipes sets Niles apart from others. Cocktail game is where it’s at here.Go soon before you have to wait for an hour to get in!
I'm not much for pizza, so I wasn't too excited to try this place. Holy molly!! THE best pizza,,,EVER!We had the "Italian job". Highly recommend. Excellent food. Great cocktails. Great service. I'll be anxious to return next time.
