To preface, the bars set pretty high with Snowy Village and Kakigori around. I was excited to come since it's local to me. Anyways, we got the mango and strawberry bingsoos. A friend got the strawberry banana smoothie and is still waiting as I write this review (more than 55 minutes). Ordered before the strawberry bingsoo but still wasn't received. He also asked about it already 30 minutes in and somehow they forgot about his order while his beeping device is still active? *edit: they gave him a medium when he ordered a large and now we're waiting even longer.Looks like they're potentially understaffed today but it's crazy how an order can be just lost after all our other orders have been fulfilled. Line is crazy and no orders are being taken, so I'd like to give the benefit of the doubt and revisit in the future though this wasn't a great first time experience.Anyways service aside, the top layer of the bingsoo is more akin to shaved ice rather than shaved milk. The center is more flavorful and resembles bingsoo, but other places have the consistency throughout. Overall bingsoo is underwhelming. Condensed milk is normal nothing to comment on. Service was disappointing which dropped this rating quite a bit. Bingsoo is a 3/5.
Over 40 minutes of waiting and no Bingsoo to be found. We ordered an oreo one and a fresh mango one…and we have nothing. In addition, people who ordered after us, for their food and drinks….but there are some who ordered before us are still waitingoh wait, now it’s here…but so sad looking…little strips of discolored mango and napoleon ice cream bar in the oreo bingsoo? suppose to be a vanilla ice cream sandwich
Leaving the review here low for now. I'm sure their bingsoo is nice and I like that they have a parking lot, but myself and many others tried to visit this location when it was closed, as it is actually only open until 8:30pm, not 10:30pm. Also, the last time we called in to check if they were open, the bingsoo machine was down. I'm not sure if they just have the one or if they all went down, but not having an operational machine at a bingsoo place is pretty bad. Had to go to the location in the international district which is so much farther away and has only street parking. Taking away another star because it said it was open today and it isn't! Not open Monday. Also they won't answer the phone to let you know if they are open or not. Dined in and heard the phone ring while the staff sat next to it and did nothing, multiple times.
I got a cloud smoothie and it was difficult to drink because it wasn't fully blended. The paper straw also fell apart so quickly. I also got the garlic chicken and it was good, but very over priced for the amount I got. I spent way too much money on a drink a small portion of chicken...

I had never heard of bingsoo before my mother requested it while in town. We stopped by Milkie Milkie and ordered 3 bingsoos to take home. Why has no one told me about bingsoo before? It was really good. I'm not a huge ice cream fan so for me to try something out of my comfort zone is remarkable alone. The fact that I'll be back for more speaks to the quality of the dessert!
If I could rate this place today it would be zero stars. We’ve been here many times before, but today’s experience was extremely bothersome. Prior to coming in, several of my family members called ahead to make sure the business was opened due to Covid time changes. No answer, all around. The moment we walked in, we noticed dirty floors. We asked front staff if their phones were working as we had called several times & no answer. Their response was just “silent”. While having our dessert, we decided to call once again without the staff knowing that we would, to see if their phones could possibly just not be operating correctly, but as it rang several times, none of the staff member's bothered to answer. Instead they just chit chatted among themselves & let the phone just ring & ring. We then headed to the restrooms before leaving & both Men & Women restrooms looked like they hadn’t been cleaned & sanitized in days. I decided to confront front staff about all of this & they had absolutely nothing to say & seemed very careless. Due to Covid 19 Regulations, cleaning & sanitizing procedures should be followed by all businesses at all times of the day. This business is definitely not following any type of Cleaning Procedures, let alone any Covid 19 Protocols. As of now, we are awaiting for a retuned call from the Owner Ivy, as I requested his/her phone number to further discuss all of these concerns!

This place is used to be good but now is horrible in food quality and above all the cleanness of bathroom was horrible and disgusting at minimum.The injeolmi bingsu we ordered was not good either. The milk shaved ice was lumped/not soft, not like it used to be. The amount of red bean paste inside was really really tiny.We will probably never go back to this place
We bought two and did not realize how big each was. One is honestly good for two already. Taro one has hidden red beans inside while the peanut one has all outside.
