Watch your order, stopped on the spur of a moment. Only had half of our order when we got home.Fast and cheap is slow and expensive when you pay for items you don't receive.
My son is collecting Mario Kart happy meal toys . He’s missing 2 characters so I ve been calling all the McDonald’s around the area. and Called Edmonds and I got lucky a very nice lady named Heather picked up my call. She asked what toys we were looking for took my telephone number. 10 minutes later she called me back and said she found it and will save it for me. When we got there they gave us the cardboard display for Mario kart toys happy meal and all the toys with it for free!! Heather and the manager of Edmonds Mc Donald’s are so kind and sweet. It’s very special and we won’t forget this act of kindness you shared to us❤️?
There's a VERY good reason this location has so many 1 star reviews. I've had so many massively wrong orders corrected over the last month that the general manager now treats me like a criminal. Tonight's order missing an entire item is the last straw.EDIT 3/26 - Was recently told by a nameless employee that everyone is having a hard time dealing with the awful general manager. I'd suggest going at night when the awesome manager is working.
Probably the worst McDonald's around. Every time I come here they get something wrong or the quality is poor. Today, the order was correct, but everything was ice cold or tasted weird. Big Mac tasted like blood, McChicken was dry and wouldn't be surprised if it was made 2 hours prior, Nuggets were ice cold and chewy, fries were cold and tasted almost as if they were refried. I won't be back. Theres a couple other McDonald's around and although they are further, they have had much better food quality and consistency. Being short staffed and the pandemic is no longer a valid excuse. It's McDonald's. Only redeeming quality is the employees who are always friendly.
The meat was raw and wen I return it they try to charge me the fry’s we eat !!!!
Granted they could've been having a off day, or short staffed. However they were not busy, I was 1 of 2 cars there. My 2 large fries were smalls, cold, and under seasoned. My large drink never made it to me.
There was an issue with my order in Drive thru and I ended up not getting something I ordered and it wasn't on the receipt. The manager caught me as I walked in to let me know they weren't allowing anyone in, and helped me retrieve what I was missing. I apologized and let him know I was a little behind the times and don't get fast food often, and we had a nice conversation about his plans to open up outdoor seating once the weather warms up! I was very happy by the end of the interaction.
This is the worst McDonald's I have ever been to!!! Order is always wrong, luke warm at best, and a group of complete failers working there!! If you like ghetto, this is your place!!!
Ordered for 3 people. Needed 5 McChickens, 1 without mayonnaise the rest standard. We got only 3 and two had no lettuce or mayo. How hard is it?
9 out of 10 times that I come here my cheeseburgers are not even warm! I don't even order fries anymore because they're never hot and crispy.
