Terrible customer service.....Then when you ask for a manager they say there isn't a manager. Literally what fast food restaurant doesn't have a manager???? And the employees are always rude we ask for a couple of minutes to view the menu and they tell us to pull through to the window or leave they drive through. No customer service at all never again goodbye jack in the box never again this is the 4th Jack in the box that the employees are rude.
I want to give him five stars but the girl which was really cute put mustard and ketchup in instead of syrup on my pancakes. Personally I don't like ketchup and mustard on my pancakes.
Ordered on their app and paid $30 at 11:15pm, their website and app and google all say they’re open until 12 but there’s a cone in the drive thru and the doors are locked. There’s 3 people doing stuff but no one has answered the phone (I’ve called 5 times now.) I just want my food or at least a refund…

It was one of the worst experiences in a drive-through I have ever been through. The lady could not understand what I was saying, she didn't know where the buttons were on the screen to order what I was saying, everything was messed up, and my replacement chicken sandwich was still barely warm and very dry. Over fried curly fries, and watery soda. Not happy. She was new and left all alone at the drive thru. Clearly in need of more training. Ugh.

Staff were very polite and professional. Food was ok, hashbrowns were very crunchy. Supreme sandwich was good, sausage breakfast sandwich was dripping in fat that leaked through the bag onto the seat. Had to clean the seat. They need to ensure the meats are not sitting in fat till it is used or at least once they take the meat from the flattop, put it on a towel or paper like restaurant do and dry off the excess fat.
First I wanna begin by saying I am a huge lover of Jack in the box but I do have to come down on the employees hard. Not answering their phones is huge, and here’s why, my family including my son got sick off of Jack-in-the-Box products on thanksgiving for breakfast and unfortunately we had some serious food poisoning from the products. I tried and tried and tried calling the store multiple times and I don’t know if it’s because they’re ultra busy or they don’t care about their customers but the majority of the time the phone is never answered and you don’t get customer service that’s promised from a fast food restaurant. Please if you guys care about your customers as much as you say get the managers to check their food products for expiring ingredients otherwise this could happen to someone else’s family my wife is in pain because of stomach aches my son has been throwing up for the last two days and I’m just barely now getting over my sickness.
All in all, a good experience. Tried the cheddar loaded combo and it wasn't that great. The burger bun was dry despite having sauce on it. I'm going to be going back to my standard Bacon Ultimate meal.
This place is slow they're not freindly barely speak English and barely legible.my food last three attempts have been cold or not goodI got stomach ache last time. And omg 14 freaking dollars for a burger fries and milkshake!!! Fast food is supposed to be cheap? I got same at red Robin for eleven. Dollars and it's refillable fries.sonic is cheaper also.
