My wife and I were so disappointed. We knew we should have walked out when they had paper plates and plastic forks. And to top it off, Dixie cups for hot tea. Pretty much every thing was bland. The Shrimp balls was soggy. The Chinese Broccoli was watery. The Soy Sauce and even the chili oil was bland.

Radish cake, Shrimp dumpling, steamed Chinese broccoli were great, steamed pork dumplings were not. Pork face buns, custard cream were cute and sweet.

Nothing spectacular except for the Siu Mai! Everything else tasted bland and was very overpriced. If we do come back it will only be for the Siu Mai.

Spectacular dim sum! Don't let the unassuming exterior & environs fool you. This place is a gem. Handmade, generously sized, super delicious dim sum. Staff is sweet and helpful. Lots of locals eating there -- always a good sign. Worth making a special trip!

This place has unbelievably tasty dim sum it's absolutely wonderful. I think the even cooler thing is that you eat on paper plates and paper cups so at first you're not so sure how the food's going to be but then the food starts coming out and it absolutely blows your mind. There's a shrimp and chive dumpling that was fantastic. I cannot wait to visit this restaurant again.

Delicious fresh, made to order dim sum that is served all day! Their rice rolls are my fave, and the signature sweet custard bun at the end is a must. Both dine in and take out have been great!

If you love dim sum, then this is the place for you. They’re cooked to order, which means your food comes out hot and fresh and delicious. Their seafood shumai and taro shrimpcakes are two of the best bites I’ve ever had at dim sum restaurant. If you find yourself always having to go downtown for delicious dim sum, look no further now than fashion dim sum.

Our new favorite north end dim sum. We live in Richmond Beach, and for years have been frequent dim sum customers of T&T Seafood in Edmonds. We've been looking for others to try when we don't feel like going clear into Seattle's ID. Last week we tried HK Dim Sum in north Seattle and were hugely disappointed in both food and service. T&T's dim sum is good and the menu extensive, and it's such a big restaurant they're well set up for the large family meals we often have. Cart service there, but no one is friendly, requests have to be repeated, and waits are L-O-N-G. For most of the dim sum we tried at Fashion today, both the food and the prompt, friendly service outshone T&T. We ordered three kinds of deep fried dumplings from their menu, 2 with shrimp, and they were light and crispy with fresh, ocean-tasting filling, not gooey or greasy. The steamed BBQ pork buns were fluffy and savory, not doughy. When we have large family gatherings we'll continue to go to T&T or downtown Seattle, as Fashion is a small place with 2- and 4-tops. But when it's just us as it most often is, we'll head to Fashion. Extra thanks for observing when we pulled up that I had to park close to the left stripe to allow my disabled husband to get in and out the passenger door. A very nice lady caught us on the way out and offered to move her car to make it easier for us. That's customer service!

Someone recommended me to try dim sum here. I must admit I was hesitate at first since the exterior did not look appeal to me. But I decided to give it a try and it was good. You may need to wait for the food.

As other reviewers have mentioned, Maggie the cashier, is rude and hostile. My wife and I were regular customers for years. Previous cashier were great. The last few times I've called in (to place our usual order) I get put on hold for a long time , and am interrupted while she juggles new customers. No surprise our last two orders were wrong. When I did call in to report her last error, she was unapologetic and antagonistic. No dim sum is worth this nonsense.
