I live 2 minutes away from this location, and somehow, most times when i order, it always seems to take an hour+ for it to get here. They also always seem to take the order that is miles away first before delivering ours when making multiple deliveries. Again, our home is about .1 miles away from their location. Doesn't make sense, fix your delivery system, our pizza always arrives cold!!!
Why did the website tell me I needed to wear.my mask(which I always do) but not even the staff were wearing masks?My food was fine and ready on time as always but I was disappointed by Dominoes today because I was expecting a COVID safe experience.
Ordered delivery over an hour ago. Live about 20 seconds away from the store. it was cold when it arrived. So confusing. Why deliver miles away first when I’m 0.1 miles away? Had to microwave it to warm it up.
I just wanted to order and take my pizza home. Unfortunately the only was I could get a pizza is just delivery at 10 pm.
The fact that they are no longer are able to type in your card info is a bummer… must have physical card (At least at the store in Edmonds on 99).Pizza Hut here I come!
The number you call goes to a head quarters instead of the individual store, it takes way longer, never dealing with that again
I'm only speaking for the Dominos I order from, they have been fantastic, the pizza has been delivered hot and made with perfection, not just once but Everytime Keep up the good work. We do appreciate it.
The person who took my order was VERY friendly, they took the time to double and even triple check my address and my order. They told me it would be about 20-30 minutes. Well, over an hour passes by so I decide to call and ask about my order. I was supposed to get text updates but I didn't receive one like I usually do. Now, the person who answered me was the one I had a problem with. I told them I had waited for over an hour, with no text updates and I was just wondering what happened. I wasn't angry or anything, I was mostly worried my order had gotten lost or something. Or that the person delivering had a hard time getting here because of the snow. The person that answered me immediately off the bat starting ranting at me. They told me they only had 2 people doing deliveries and there were more than 30 deliveries that needed to be done. That it would take 2 HOURS to get my order delivered. I am a very understanding person when it comes to a business being understaffed, because I have been in that position before and it is frustrating. But the fact that they took their frustration onto me, and acted like I was SUPPOSED to KNOW that they were understaffed was super unprofessional. Now I have to wait another hour for my pizza. A simple "we are sorry it's taking so long, we are understaffed, but your pizza is on the way" would have been enough.Update: I got my pizza after over 2 hours, it was warm, almost cold and the person delivering it was also a bit rude. Very disappointed in today's events.
The delivery guy came to my front door then walked around the house to knock on the back door. He was not friendly and was shaking as if he was in a rush to take my cash to leave. I was going to tip, then I decided to keep it for myself.
Yeah if you want to wait 2 1/2 hours for a carside delivery order, this is the place for you!
