We are so glad that we tried this place out! The environment is so cozy and exotic. The price was reasonable, compared to other similar restaurants. Good portion size! Most importantly, very good food! The garlic naan was the best I’ve ever had! Thinner and crispier than most of the other places’, it smelled so wonderful garlicky when it arrived. We ordered Lamb Shish Kebab, which was so juicy and tender. We fought over the bell peppers of the vegetables served with it… because it was cooked so perfectly, sweet and crispy. We normally won’t order Tikka Masala with chicken, because the chicken chunks most likely would be tough. The one at Caravan’s tho, was not as much of a red hue as we had from the other restaurants, however, the spice and texture was so intriguingly amazing; the chicken bites were so tender that it was incredible. It almost like a different presentation of the same dish, in a very good way. The Moroccan Lamb Tagine which turned out to be my favorite. The lamb pieces, again, juicy tenderness; the vegetable creates a good harmony and the spices blended in perfectly. Love. It also serves with couscous that I ate a big chunk before I mixed them in the dish.We didn’t get any free on the house dessert as the website states; and the server didn’t warn us about possibly too much food (I appreciate those who did). We did see many of the different dishes from different cuisines being included in the menu, such as borscht, beef stroganoff, polish dumplings, kebab, curry. Their website states that the chef’s menu is a “collection memories, experience, and flavor.” How amazing. Just as the Japanese would say, while eating here, we could picture the chef’s vivid memories of making the dish at where the cuisine was originally from. I appreciate it.

This place is a hidden gem. The food is cooked to perfection and the inside is quaint and clean. What makes this place really special is the attentiveness to their customers. Thank you.

I am so thankful that Google recommended this restaurant to us. When we saw this was a favorite of Rick Steves, we had to try it out. We've eaten here four times and have been so impressed with the flavors and presentation. The takeout was good, but eating in the restaurant takes it up another level with the warm ambience. Eating at Caravan Kebab is like taking a journey down the silk road. I'm usually skeptical of a menu that tries so many different cuisines, but chef Shahzad executes so well on food from countries like Morocco, Greece, Pakistan, and India. Our favorite dishes so far are the Persian Salad, Lamb Shish Kebabs, Moroccan Lamb Tagine and the Haandi Curry.

So we walked-in closed to closing and they are very kind enough to take us in. I love how kind enough for us to experience great cuisine with their culture through food. We order the Beef Nahiri, hummus pomegranate chicken and two mango lassi. The food came in fast. Love the aesthetics because it showcase their Mediterranean cuisine. The food is highly recommended for good authentic middle eastern, Mediterranean cuisine.

Caravan is one of my favorite. The chef is amazing. The foods are all some of fusion of various foods from India, Pakistan and middle east. They all taste phenomenal.Ready to be surprise since what ever you order would look and taste better than you thought. The Persian salad was fresh and flavorful. We also ordered garlic naan which freshly baked. The Turkish koofte kebab is on point as well.

I ordered the Lamb Sag, my wife ordered the Tandoori chicken. It was all delicious. The Sag was better than it would be. Colorful atmosphere, friendly and casual. Interesting menu with a lot of variety. The tables even had real candles burning. I love that.

I have lived in Edmonds for over 15 years and have drove by this place many times. This was the 1st time I pulled in to take advantage of their Wi-Fi and do a small business lunch. Cozy and delicious- the Vegetable Pakora, Borscht soup and Buttered Chicken was very tasty. I'll be returning for more and bring a new friend. They also had a small banquet area that would be cool to host a birthday or bachelorette dinner at. A local Edmonds hidden gem right here, yum!

We ate lunch here recently. We ordered the eggplant appetizer, like babaganouj, which was very good. We also ordered the spanikopita, which was not. It was soggy, not crispy. We had a lamb dish for entree, which sounded delicious in the menu description, but turned out to be bland. It wasn't bad, it was just bland. Good service and friendly folks.

This was my first time here & I had it to go. I ordered the buttered chicken, the garlic naan bread and the cauliflower soap. The sauce on the buttered chicken was very thick & it tasted like spaghetti sauce. The naan bread was very thin, hardly any garlic & dry. I really enjoyed the cauliflower soup. All in all I will probably not go back.

Lunch on a Saturday, very slow. I had Tandoori chicken, my friend had mango something. Both of us enjoyed the flavors, I had a veggie medley that might've had 10 different vegetables! Great decor, good wine selection, good service.
