7 dollars for a 20oz? Unbelievable. If you're charging that much you better make sure you have some amazing baristas in there who know what they are doing.Heads up. They don't. Coffee was completely flavorless and the baristas had no customer service. Find yourself a better coffee shop around. Don't waste your money here.
I absolutely love Caffe Ladro and have never had a bad experience or bad coffee here! Their espresso and service are definitely in my top 5. I love to get a plain latte or an americano. However, today I used my Ladro card at the Edmonds Main St. location. I had loaded and have been using this card since January (when I’m in town, as I live in Iowa). I used the last of what was on it, so I asked how many points were left and was told there were 0! I don’t know how the system works for them, but I was a barista for Tully’s Coffee in Edmonds and we had to manually enter the points whenever someone used their Tully’s card. So I assume it could be a similar thing and maybe the baristas haven’t been adding my point when I purchase. The barista didn’t offer anything except to tell me to ask him to check again next time! I didn’t really know what to say, since I’m not necessarily a regular (unless you count 2 times every couple months as a regular), and I didn’t know him. Anyway, it was just extremely disappointing to me to have service like that, since every other time has been amazing. :(That being said, their coffee is ALWAYS incredible, so I’m giving them 4 stars mostly for the product quality, although the baristas have normally been super friendly and helpful.
They are nice people but thier takeout ordering system is the worst, I wouldn't even bother trying to use it unless you like get a billion texts messages about how your order can't be completed because they don't have a certain baked good.Going in person is great, just know they are regularly busy.
Food and drinks were fabulous but location and ambience were not. Wish there was an option for 3 1/2 stars!
Great coffee, as always. The barista knew her customers by name and was ready to serve delightfully crafted coffees. Locally owned. Sustainably sourced. Mojo - none. Groovy vibe - nope. Time for a facelift.
Cute little place, good coffee and tea. There are always people here enjoying the atmosphere.
The vanilla lavender latte and ham and cheese croissant were on point. Travel from out of state and had to come back here twice it was that good!
The worst hot chocolate I and my son had in a long time. Definitely not worth the price.
Make a good Chai lattes if you like them on the spicier side.
Love Caffe Ladro and this location in particular. Staff is always friendly and the drinks consistent in flavor. Prices are seemingly comparable to other local stands, with greatest value per ounce on drinks favoring the 16oz.-20oz. sizes. Well worth a visit.
