Loved the food and the ambiance. Garlic bread was absolutely delicious. Bucatini Napolitana and Veg Bucatini tasted fresh and good.Shout out to the person setting up and clearing tables. He was so nice and friendly.Giving 4 star as our waiter was always in a hurry and didn't even ask or confirm the selection of pasta and it seemed like even though they were not entirely busy, we were getting delayed service. I'm sure there must be a valid reason but as a customer we felt good service was missing.

Really bummed one of my favorite places had such a quality drop. Positive was the bread is clearly made in house and has a really great texture. The bread is REALLY good, very airy and hydrated, pretty sure it's a ciabatta or ciabatta hybrid. The filling being so bad is criminal to how good the bread is. The negative is everything is MASSIVELY under seasoned and I'm not sure it was salted at all. As a chef I'm always salting and tasting and yes salt is a subjective scale, which is why recipes say "salt to taste" but this is WAY under salted. I pulled the meat components out of both the steak and combo sandwiches and all three were under-salted and under seasoned. The veggies in the steak were also not fully cooked. You really don't want a chewy onion in a sandwich. Such a bummer as this used to be one of my favorite places. It's just an extra bummer when the food looks amazing and then tastes the opposite. Almost as if it would be less disappointing if it looked bad, which it doesn't.

We had just a terrific experience here. The owner/manager made sure everything was flowing smoothly. The staff are on-the-ball. The setting is as cozy as an Italian family's dining room. My food was the best meal I've had in a year -- that good, that tasty.I had a seafood medley over pasta. Best I've ever had.Expect to take home a box, since the portions are more than generous.Coming back. This place has a lot going for it in staff, setting, service, and food.

Felt like I was back in Italy. Restaurant owner set my girlfriend and me up with a better table because he could tell she was cold. Gave us extra bread at the end of the night too. Big Godfather vibes. 10/10 would recommend.

20 out of 5 star service. Great food fresh ingredients, and words can’t describe the hospitality the staff and owner shows. My new favorite spot for Italian cuisine

Excellent customer service and excellent food!

We came here for my birthday. Food was absolutely delicious ? The servers and the owner were super nice too! Definitely dining here again, or maybe even takeout if I don't feel like coming out of the house haha

My first time ordering from here and was not disappointed! I had the Caesar with prawns and the Joe Pesci sandwich (when I order takeout my goal is to have at least two servings for each entree) and both were amazing. AMAZING. I am particular about uncomplicated food needing to taste good and this totally delivered. The ciabatta bread for the sandwich was chewy and fragrant and was part of the second best tuna sub I have ever eaten. (The first was from a NJ mom & pop place in 1995 and I can still taste it, it was that good) The one thing I would have liked was for it to be slightly less toasted because it was nearly burnt on one side but I still ate it. The tuna was high quality and the house recipe vinaigrette with capers was delicious. (I had cut it into 3 pieces so my $17 price tag was amortized)The Caesar salad with prawns was the full size which I divided into 3 portions as well and had this lemony, wonderful creamy garlic dressing with ciabatta croutons and Parmesan cheese. The prawns were packed separately, still hot, in a delicious garlic lemon butter with lots of herbs and were gigantic. This combination of flavours and portions justifies the $22 price tag and rivals the only other amazing salad I had in 2013 at Mildred’s in London which was around the same price point.I’m looking forward to trying other vegetarian/pescetarian friendly menu items but have a very specific request: Please please add an eggplant parmigiana pasta or sandwich!Shoutout to the very nice lady who took my order over the phone and greeted me very warmly when I came to pick up. (Apologies that I forgot her name but she was the icing on the cake for this first time experience)Can’t wait for my next Bucatini order!

Our food was so delicious! Pasta, grinder and Caesar. Generous portions and fantastic flavors. We weren’t sure what to expect and were incredibly impressed. Well done, Bucatini.

I have tried several things on the menu and have never been even remotely disappointed. Everything has been amazing! My hubby, who loathes alfredo, loved theirs...and everything else I've brought home from here. I live almost an hour away, and would gladly make the trip to eat here :)
