Ignored at the drive thru for over 10 MINUTES!Tried to pull around to walk into the store, but was locked out before I could get out of the car.This Arby's location needs to be shut down.The entire staff is, somehow, too incompetent to work in fast food.

Excellent customer service. We made a huge order and the staff we're courteous, professional and friendly.The owner and management should be proud. Well done.

Bad customer service. Super slow. My bag of sandwiches had been sitting by drive up window, making me think that they were still preparing my sandwiches. The cashier was "acting busy". After a long time of wait, she finally grabbed the bag of sandwiches and handed it to me. There was no reason at all for the long wait, and my sandwiches were no longer warm.

They have drive thru service for a reason. Multiple reasons actually. First reason is if the food is bad then you can't complain unless its via a review, but they still get your money. Second reason is they don't have to clean up after people so in the bathrooms the toilet can stay clogged. Walking through the neighborhood my son and I ended up needing to use the bathroom so since the front door was unlocked we used the bathroom here. Only to find that they weren't supposed to be so the staff kept knocking on the door and telling us to leave. There is always a sign saying now hiring $15 and hour. I asked why the doors were supposed to be locked and they said they don't have enough staff. There were five people plus two by the bathroom so that sounds like total bs. Fast food is bad for you anyway so avoid this place if you can.

Monday, 04-18-2022 8:45 pm.Firstly they had the lights off. Including menu board. They do this often to pretend they are closed. This was obviously done with the approval of the manager in charge.Second I spent 20 min in line behind one car... never even made it to window. I could see them inside panicking as cars began to pull up. They had no food prepared.I wish I could say this is an isolated incident, but it's not. Every store in Seattle is like this. It's the people they are forced to hire and pay 15 dollars an hour to.I can handle mistakes, I can handle a bad attitude, but I cannot take dishonesty.WILL NEVER COME HERE AGAIN.

Came in today and right from the start Yasmin was just so pleasant very polite and courteous. As we payed she just continued to be delightful and made sure to make me children feel special. By far the best interaction I've had at any drive thru ever. Yasmin thank you again I hope your bosses know how lucky they are to have you.

Went to the Edmonds location tonight. Like I do at least once a week.. I ordered the 2 for six roast beef and cheddar.. Get it home ,no onion bun ,no sauce, non cheese. Just bun and meet. I asked for horsey sauce. No sauce... So Sad!!!!!

Went to the drive thru to get a crispy chicken sandwich meal using a coupon I had. When I placed my order I did not mention the coupon until I arrived at the window to give the coupon. The woman (Crystal) who took my coupon was immediately rude and told me "you can't do that. you have to tell us about the coupon when you order." I then told her when I went to Arby's before I did the same thing without a problem (w/ a different person). Then she rolled her eyes and said "now I gotta speak to my manager". Then she got her manager to fix the mistake. The manager was able to fix the mistake easily. Meanwhile Crystal was complaining and threw the coupon into the trash. She then gave me the order with a rude tone and when I said thanks, she did not reciprocate. I do understand that I should have mentioned the coupon when I ordered but this is no excuse to treat a customer poorly! Crystal should be fired asap.

Highly recommend French Dip. Personally don't like crisp onion bun for classic. The onion is overpowering and will cover beef flavor...

Very poor customer service!Ordered a French dip and roast turkey sandwich with curly fries, drive thru. Checked the order 3 times with the girl who took our order and at the window she was insisting our order was a chicken bacon sandwich! When we told her she had it wrong she was annoyed and rolled her eyes and showed a lot of bad attitude! Took a long time to finally get our order. Overall a bad experience.Also none of the staff were wearing masks while preparing food!
