The employee at the Safeway Starbucks off of 128th in burien with the name Dana sucks. She was rude as hell. I showed up there at exactly 6:45 p.m. . They close at 7:00 p.m. . She's doing the dishes I asked her politely if she could make me a drink and she sat there and shrugged her shoulders and whipped her head around and complained that she had to make a drink and she lsaid that they're short staffed and she could not make me a drink. There's always one person there not to so the short staff theory does not hold water. I asked her to make me a hot venti matcha green tea latte and she made me a iced venti matcha green tea latte so she didn't have to clean her machine again. That's not my fault she does not need to be working for Starbucks she should go work at a place that does not have human interactions.
Dana was very rude and complained about making my drink. She talked back to me when I was very polite. She must have been having a bad day. But she should not bring it to work.

Well, the drinks we ordered were ok; the place is very spacious inside, and there is also a drive-through. So far, so good; but please do not use their restroom - it was absolutely filthy.
