It took really long just to get a drip coffee and banana loaf and my drink size was the wrong size. One of the workers was super rude and was not helpful when I asked for help.

I like Starbucks but they need to develop a new delivery system. It takes too long to buy any thing. It discourages a person from doing business with them. You are. Actually angry when you receive your order.

Good coffee, service and you can get a quick bite to eat. The place is clean and comfortable. Ebru is an excellent employee who treats you like a guest in her home. She's a great people person full of smiles.
We had to wait a minute for someone to take our order. The drink they made was served in a reasonable time and tasted good.

The team here in Normandy Park always provide quick service and store is always clean. Well done. I haven't tried food at this store but it always smells good
This is our neighborhood Starbucks. A small place but you'll see a neighbor or two if you hang around. The beverages are like another Starbucks. It seems that there is a lot of staff turnover or maybe they use this place for training.
