I will start by saying I have always liked Round Table....... They truly are one of the last O.G. chain pizza houses.That said, either we patronize the Burien location or they will not survive! ??The quality is starting to slip, maybe because staff is short or more training is needed? ?So let's (all) order a pizza ?!Remember.......You never "miss" that restaurant, until it's gone...☹️
Great place to celebrate grandaughter's birthday. The recent remodel is bright & spacious, lots of food choices, including gluten free pizza. The arcade is a hit with the kids, especially younger ones! Staff was friendly and very attentive (in the midst of many lil people running around)?
This was my first time eating there since the outbreak of covid. I stopped going for a while because there was no salad bar. I had a taste for a salad and called the round table pizza in Federal way which is ten minutes from where I live and the person who answered the phone said there was no salad bar because some machine was broken. I then called the Burien restaurant and was delighted to find out that they were once again offering the salad bar.The inside of the restaurant was very pleasing to the eye and inviting. Apparently they had recently painted in black and red, purchased new tables and chairs in black and red as well. There was also what appeared to be a self serve beer tap near the the cashier station as well. I may be mistaken about it being self serve.As I have done in the past, I ordered the lunch buffet which was all you can eat salad,pizza and a drink. I love their salad bar with all of their fresh ingredients to choose from. Crispy lettuce, flavourful green olives,tasty cherry tomatoes, topped off with sunflower seeds,croutons and olive oil. It was so yummy.The pizza, what can I say? They use only the freshest ingredients. I had the sausage pizza which had black olives,green peppers,onions, red sauce, and just the right amount of cheese. I was in heaven. Oh how I've missed Round Table Pizza!!
Highly disappointedI’ve been coming to Round Table since I moved here always get the same order…a personal pizza and 12 wings…spicy lemon pepper…I even specified how to mix the sauces on every order…so last night I get my order curbside which is hit & miss depending on who brings your food…I usually don’t check my order after I get it but something made me last night…the first picture is how they brought my wings out the first time…I go in and ask them to fix it and they just poured sauce over them and not even all of them…the last picture is how they usually come out…I stop here 2-3 times weekly and have never been so dissatisfied in my life you can clearly see they just didn’t care
I like this rt, lunch buffet is my go to, they keep the pizza and salad well stocked. This location also has a bunch of craft beer, it's a bit pricey, but good if you're with a group.
Great food, but what makes this place above and beyond is the fantastic staff. They are super attentive and work with schools in the community. May this business prosper and continue to do good work.
Just had the worst experience at a round table pizza I've ever had. The website was very hard to navigate to order from (no one was answering the phone the three times we called). As we feared our order was made wrong. When we talked with both the employee and the manager about the fact that our order was wrong we were told "you should have called"... We tried, you should have answered. I don't recall ever walking away from an issue like this feeling less heard, less valued as a customer. My wife and I were completely dismissed by the manager, our concerns not cared about. I love roundtable pizza, but I will never step foot into the Burien location again.
It looked Clean, Fresh and alive, not like some dark dingy hole in the wall. The salad bar looked fresh and clean, many TVs with sports on, GREAT pizza and EVERY time I have been there, the employees were fantastic, kind, friendly and personable. Prices were very reasonable, can't ask for better.
The staff was friendly, and as I came into the restaurant to pick up my order, I was able to build my own salad from their in-house salad bar. The pizza could have been more well done; but that is only a personal preference of mine and I always cook up ANY pizza I eat in my air-fryer to give it an extra crisp. Overall the food was good!
Easy to use website for carry out! And the restaurants customer service was great!!? I will definitely return.
