This location is horrible. They have no customer service skills what so ever. They obviously don't like there job not sure why you pay them so much. They are rude , inconsistent like heck. I even called today 5 minutes before I came. Asked if they had honey sesame chicken cause they have been out for weeks. if you don't have it anymore take it off the menu, that's false advertising. They told me they had it I show up. Oh its a 10 min wait for honey sesame. Oh no I'm sorry never mind we don't have any of that today . Seriously get it together. The Manager here she be talk to about the service. Look at the reviews the last few months they are all bad. Its not even about the food its the point.
Panda Express is a convenient stop for me on my way home. I had worked a 12 hour day & didn't want to cook. It was a little before 9 pm as I got to the ordering menu speaker location in the drive thru. I asked for a 2 entree meal... I wanted chicken teriyaki. They were out & the next batch wouldn't be ready for half an hour if I wanted to wait. Ok... so how about the shrimp they had advertised. No, they didn't have it. Um... ok... how about the steak... no they didn't have that either. I asked what did they have. & I commented it seemed really bad that they didn't have all these foods when they were still open for another hour. Was told they were only open until 9:30. & I asked why they were making chicken teriyaki to only be available for a few minutes before closing then. Was told it was for people who were calling in for take out. I ordered from what they had left... I like the orange chicken but the honey glazed left a lot to be desired. It had to have been sitting a while as the breading was pretty soggy on it. I generally like the food there but get frustrated when they don't have what's on the menu actually available. This isn't the first time I have been there with an hour or more before closing (they used to close at 10)... & they were out... but they used to say they weren't going to make more.
Order from your phone when you land at SeaTac, then catch a Lyft in the "middle floor" garage, then drive thru and check out the tree Blossoms while u wait! Or just take the bus/rapid red line Anywhere, it's a block away. WOW, Panda Blossoms. Also, you can order a family meal for about $30 and it is filling with veggies for strong kids. Burien is wonderful.
The customer service here is AWFUL. I just called to be sure that my shrimp would be fresh and crispy and thr mf hung up on me!! Terrrible terrible TERRIBLE
I ordered a family meal here! I got orange chicken and the chicken was undercooked! Didn’t realized until I bit my chicken in half! Now me and my whole family have food poisoning! This place needs to do better and start caring more for there food to be fully cooked!
I'm giving 3 starts because their customer service needs to be better. Somehow they're always messing up. I sent my coworker to pick up food and his English is not that great so I wrote down everything in a piece of paper. They got everything else correct but somehow saw the teriyaki sauce and thought I meant a large side of teriyaki chicken that cost me an extra $10.95. so thanks to their mistake I was over on my budget that I had for lunch. And I know they know I meant sauce NOT chicken because they still have me the sauce! Smh.
My wife and I just ate our lunch at this location. Very flavorful food great selection at a very friendly staff.
It's a pretty standard panda express. Parking lot could stand to be cleaned a little bit.
Based on the other reviews I’ve seen and my own personal experience, I have no idea how this location has an “excellent” health rating from the food department.I got a mild case of food poisoning from here back in 2018. I’m assuming from the orange chicken because that was the only thing I had gotten besides a soda. Since it had been a few years, I decided to go back once again. When I walked in, I noticed that the rice looked very hardened. I immediately walked out. I will not return to this location.
They gave me few options for sides and when I chose white rice, all of it was hard. My daughter couldn’t even chew the rice, as if it has been sitting there all day. If the rice was not good, why serve it? Could’ve just told me to choose a different side. & this was at 845 pm. Very upset.
