Manager was the one taking orders for drive thru. I tell you that this dude got no customer service skills at all. Very RUDE rushing our order. His excuse “the system is shutting down soon”. If that was the real case, why didn’t you just tell us that the store is closed down and y’all won’t be taking any more orders! Used to love this location BUT now we hate this location if that manager will remain there!
Ordering food from this McDs is like gambling, its completely random what you'll get: 1/3 the time they get your order right. 1/3 the time they get your order slightly wrong. 1/3 the time they give you something completely different. Examples: I ordered a 2 cheeseburger meal, and instead cheeseburgers, I got 2 hamburgers, and on them was a print-out-sicker that said "xtra salt, xtra pickles". One time they gave me FOUR large Hawaiian punches with my big mac meal for some reason (I just wanted a coke). Another time, I ordered spicy mcnuggets, and got a fish-o-fillet meal. Ordered 2 double cheeseburgers and 2 mcchikens and got: 2 big macs and 2 large fries. WORST: ordered 2 happy meals 2 apple pies. Check them on the way home, NO FRIES & no pies, went back (about 10 cars in line) waited 45min, they asked for receipt, and gave me a little back, I left the window stupidly out of habit, then got home NO FRIES.
got cold fries. Told the manager they were cold , she apologized and said she would be right back. She walks back in, adds ketchup to my bag to make it seem like a different one, and brings it back out. Great management.
Food is decent but the people are always forgetting many items from my order and rush me with the drive thru
I ordered a #2a meal, plain on the burger with large fries and a medium chocolate shake. Burger, fries, shake. It's like THE quintessential McD order, and it still took a manager two tries to figure out that I didn't want an extra order of large fries. To top it off: my burger came with all the fixings.Food was excellent though. I'd give this location 5 stars if they could take my order accurately and give me the food I ordered.
My partner and I live a few minutes from this McDonalds, I have never felt compelled to right a review for a fast food joint until Today:We have never had a correct order coming to this McDonalds and have been here 10+ times, they always forget something i.e. sauce, fries, sometimes even whole burgers. I have no clue how they do it, but they must have poor communication in house.We once had the guy in-front of us receive our $30 order when all he bought was a hot fudge sunday. We then had to wait out front for nearly 20 minutes not including time spent waiting in line. I mean how difficult is it to double check the order before handing it out, you have receipts for a reason…I wouldn’t recommend coming to this McDonalds if there is another nearby, and if you do, sit in the car and check that all of your order is in the bag before leaving.
Every time I go here I get slow service and oil filled fries, no matter the time of day and if there is a line or not. This time they forgot one of my burgers and by the time we got a replacement the rest of the order was cold. Will definitely be going to a different location in the future.
Great cust. Service, speedy drive thru, clean, priced as menu states! Better than some other McDonald's I've seens.
I ordered a McRib meal with a coffee five creams and five sugars and a hot caramel sundae upon getting my order I realized that she forgot to add the hot caramel sundae I paid with $100 bill so that made me decide to count the change she shorted me $10 so I went back through the line let them know that she shorted me $10 and the lady was a total Karen to me like I was trying to steal $10 she said she had to count the till and to wait out front after 10 minutes she comes out with my $10 bill and apologizes so I left and when I got down the street I took a sip of my coffee and they forgot the cream and sugar and by the time this whole ordeal was done my food was cold
