I had a free cheeseburger on the McDonald’s app & the bread was hard as a rock! There was no accommodation for giving me a burger with a hard bun. Went through the drive thru to get another one and still had to pay. It’s only 2$ but still. If you mess someone’s food up you give em another one for free.
McDonald's has been doing worst, not the food but lack of training for its employees. They messed up my order two times, drive through was also not fast enough
Stephen and I ordered Deluxe Chicken Sandwiches (one spicy) and large fries.These were okay, but nothing special. Yes it's made with a "deluxe bun" and fried chicken patties seemed a little larger, but whether or not that justifies the price difference is to be debated since these two "upgrades" did not increase the overall taste. Also, the spicy flavor did not come out in the breading rather the spice was in the mayo. Let's talk mayo...it was over used. It was literally dripping out of the sandwich! Luckily I wasn't driving as it would have caused a big mess and a dangerous situation.BTW: If you are not a tomato fan like my husband, then ask them to leave off.The fries were good I just wished they were hot instead of warm when served.

After last nights fiasco and this mornings fiasco, I'm done with the Burien McDonald's . They need to shut down the Drive thru for 24 hours. Reboot their Drive thru menu program, purchase quality head sets, re train all their Drive thru staff and train the Customers on how to use the Drive thru the correct way,, People learn how to merge your turn correctly.... Last night was pure chaos..
Didn't buy anything. It was 10:15 AM and they wouldn't serve a burger or fries. The fries are the only thing I like there.I did order a breakfast sandwich but as soon as I was able to pull out of line, I was gone.
Raw patty! Outside was cooked the inside was bright pink! Took it back & was asked if I wanted it well done ??♀️. No cook it the way it’s supposed to be cooked not RAW! Update: this is the second burger! You’ve got to be kidding me!!!
Great service on a good day. I’m a regular customer here because I work right by it I was very disappointed today on my lunch break I was trying to place a mobile order as I do multiple times throughout the week and it was saying not available during breakfast but it was 12:30 in the afternoon, witch I know is not they’re fault And I did not have time to wait in the 15 car line, so I called and asked if there was something wrong with the app and maybe I can still create the mobile order somehow he was extremely rude to me and told me that mobile orders are drive through only, witch is not true because I litterally do curbside mobile orders multiple times through the week. So I asked him when this drive through only started, he kept repeating what he told me the first time and then proceeded to hang up on me. I work in customer service as well and that was very upsetting unprofessional & flat out rude . Very disappointed
On a good day, it's as much as you can expect from a McDonald's. It's neither good nor bad just a quick in and out. That's how it should be for fast food. It's. Fast. Food. On a bad day, at this particular location for some reason, it's absolutely terrible and it feels like the entire place is run by the high school staffers that the managers forgot to train. A mobile order consisting of 2 kid's meals (one burger and 4 piece nuggets), 2 large fries, 2 double cheeseburgers, 40 piece nugget and 3 large drinks, honestly should not have taken a full hour to get when the place doesn't appear to be busy. I have had bigger orders take less time at different locations and those places were actually busy. The drive thru was moving at a nice and consistent pace and there was only one other car waiting at the mobile pick up spot. We called after 20-ish minutes of waiting to ask what has happening, talked to someone who said it would be ready soon. Then nothing. We talked to an employee delivering food to the other car, who we suspect might have accidentally given our order to them, about our order. Then nothing. After about 45 minutes we went through the drive thru to properly speak to someone. They couldn't find our order so we had to go over it with them. And yes we we're at the right place, the McDonald's app doesn't let you check in unless it knows you are at the right location. They did make our order quickly afterwards and they were apologetic. And then forgot half our nuggets. So we had to call a second time and finally left. Food wasn't even warm anymore. On top of that, the owner can be very rude if you have to deal with him. I hate this one place in particular now and McDonald's has become too expensive for what it is to have to also deal with this. I'll get my McRib somewhere else, thank you.
I ordered two large beverages light on the ice and they literally served me two large with 30% less beverage. So, it appears if you don't want ice they will cut your drink down.
