I asked for no whip on my strawberry shake. It was 1/2 whip even on the bottom and disgustingly not drinkable. Also, I asked for a extra cherry, as that was an option on Uber app. Got no cherries. Seriously J & B??
2/14/2022. I pulled up about 1140pm. 3 cars plus me. 1st car leaves immediately. Next car goes. I pull up to the window and woman tells me no wait. Sure no problem. The whole time she is carrying a conversation with each patron. (Speaker still on Im think cool. She enjoys her job. Then the 3rd car pulls up. This time, it seems like driver knows the workers or something. Conversation still in full blast. 1155pm. Car finally leaves. Still no "sorry for waiting" response. I call out "Hello" remind them still waiting. (Pick truck had pulled up behind some time before) i repeat. "Hello" i still hear movement thru the speaker. "Hello" nothing. Pick up got tired of waiting. Takes off. I drive up to the window home for service. Nothing. I took off. Completely dissatisfied with the lack of service provided and total disregard by the employee working the window in regards to other patrons. Rest assured I will go in person and speak to the general manager.
1/8/22 @10:30pm:only taking Uber orders at the drive through, after waiting 5 min at the speaker to tell me that. TRY TURNING OFF YOUR DRIVE THROUGH OPEN SIGN! Maybe they should try hiring people who want to work, that stupid now hiring sign has been there for months.
This restaurant is never open when it's supposed to be. Do not order from here using postmates door dash Uber any of them because jack in the box will never get your order right. This is the worst place ever. Totally unprofessional. Management here needs to be fires and replaced with competent people. Two thumbs down. Boo!
24 hour drive thru is a lie! Showed up around 3 am and was told it was closed by someone inside, turns out they were only doing mobile orders late at night
Most of the time you dont even get your order or long wait and under staffed
Straight garbage go there in the morning drive thru and they always says there not open or system down and now its I'm the only one working when there is 3 vehicles there and people walking around inside just poor service...
I waited in the drive-through for 10+ minutes just for the drive-through employees to understand my order, it’s just 4 sandwhiches nothing changed, then asked me to wait in the parking lot to wait for my order for 10+ minutes again…. Very disappointed, I used to always come here and have a positive experience
Wished they had more gluten free options, but the only place I know I can get breakfast in a drive through.
Pulled into the drive-thru. Two employees are at the reader board. One looks over at me like a deer in the headlights. As I proceed to wait there for over 10 minutes. Finally the young lady walks up and says oh I think we are closed while we're working on the prices. If you were closed don't let a customer sit there and wait on you.
