i can't give 0 so i give a 1. I had came here 2 weeks ago and ordered a sourdough grilled chicken club sandwich and it had no chicken, it had beef. I went again yesterday and got the same sandwich but it had chicken and i found a white hair maybe beard hair or someones hair. I spent $8 to not even be able to eat my lunch.
Not only are you rarely (and unpredictably) open but orders are almost always wrong. Ordered two Ultimate Cheeseburgers tonight and even checked to make sure we got both of them before leaving the drive-thru… because things are “missing” more often than not! Got home to find that the “burgers” were actually unappealing breakfast sandwiches- which we didn’t order. Do we really need to sit at the drive-thru window opening every sandwich and item to make sure it’s correct before we leave?! I’m sure the people in line behind me will LOVE that. This is after we tried doing a good deed and tipped the person working $10. Jack-in-the-Box totally owes us a refund!
Burgers were so freaking good! I've eaten at mcd too long and coming here. Delicious! The meat was nice and juicy/greasy, the bun was soft! Absolutely delightful!
Spent 30 bucks on breakfast for 3. Breakfast jacks all had stale bread and cheese that’s not even hot. No toy in the kids meal either. Don’t waste your time going to this place.
In the past year every time I have been here this Jack in the Box has either not been open, they do not answer the intercom or their machines are not working. It’s really frustrating because (especially past 10 pm) the workers do not answer and you can see the employees ducking while you drive past the drive-thru window

Nice and hardworking staff when we used the drive through late on Nov. 22, 2021. People like those employees on that late shift deserve a pay raise.
Don't go thru the drive thru at 8:30 in the morning, the lady could not understand anything and had me go to the window which barely worked as well, and after running my card told me they didn't have caramel for my coffee pointed at another flavor and said caramel again and poured me it, it was actually mocha, the lady deserves 0/10
Nom...Nom...Nom. Good food and good prices. I'm going to miss Jack in a box when I move back to the East Coast. From what I know Jack in the box is strictly a West Coast and somewhat Southwest restaurant chain.
