I had not been to this place for years, but was in this neighborhood, and wanted a late breakfast. Went in around 11am or little after. It was pretty busy. I ordered a Denver Omelet, with green peppers, onions, ham and cheddar cheese. Come along with hash browns, and toast. For about $14. It came to the table in good relative wait. It looked good, when it came to the table. The omelet itself eggs were cooked nice, but for my taste the vegetables (onions and peppers) were like raw vegetables just tossed into the cooking process of omelet at the last minute of grilling the omelet. SoVegetables were not cooked enough for me. The hash browns had a very distinctive taste of oil being old, gave me a upset stomach. Could not even finish eating them. And I love good hash browns. These were not! So to say "this would be a great place for breakfast, which years ago it was"! It is no longer a place in my opinion that serves a great Breakfast!
We have ordered from them as take out or delivery for the past 2 years and have always been happy that our order was filled correctly, it was still hot when it arrived , This time we decidedto dine in . Comfort food 5 stars the inside is very charming. I also ordered huckleberry shortcake to go can't wait to eat that sweet treat. Staff were friendly and attentive.
Absolutely unacceptable food. The beans were from a can, and were cold. The meat was extremely raw and expired that I had it sent it back. I couldn't even touch my Philly Cheesesteak sandwich. The meat on the sandwich was cold too and dry very bland. So I didn't even eat it. They microwaved the meat and brought it back out. The boss or the owner was rudely talking loud to their employees. I found a ant on the water cup crawling. There was also a dead bug in the water. There were a lot of health violations with the food. Please avoid coming to this establishment if you value your health. Also the silver that I had had crumbs caked on the fork. So I am guessing they don't sanitize and wash their silverware properly. This was the first time I have decided to not eat the food.
Great spot for breakfast.It was busy on a Sunday morning and there definitely was a waiting list. Our table was only a party of 2 so we got lucky and got seated right away.The cinnamon bun is DELICIOUS and their streusel huckleberry cake muffin is even better ?Generous portions.Don't forget to grab huckleberry lotion on your way out because it smells amazing lol
Incredible food, great atmosphere. Above both those though the service is next level. Can’t say enough about how well we were taken care of. I highly recommend this place.
This was our first time here. The staff were friendly, and the food was delicious and big portions. Definitely worth going back.
Always a pleasant experience. The food is hot and tasty, and the servers are always super friendly. My go-to is the chicken fried steak and a coffee with bailey's, or one of their signature Huckleberry mimosas.
Made a DoorDash order 30 mins before to come in and have them tell me that they haven’t even started my order having me wait 30 more minutes, they said they would have never started my order unless I came in which mind you I paid 30 mins before horrible experience, I am a DoorDash driver and now going to start not accepting deliveries from them. To all dashers be careful coming here they will have you wait and we all know time is money
Cute traditional style restaurant with excellent food and service. I had the classic eggs benedict, and my friend had the corn beef and hash, they were both delicious. They also serve lunch and dinner classics with special throughout the week. So happy I stumbled across this place... Will def be back
I have never had a bad meal here! Everything on the menu is delicious and no matter what I order I always have to start with a huckleberry muffin. The service is great the place is clean and everyone I have taken here enjoys going. If you are looking for the best breakfast in burien I believe this is it! ?
