I haven’t been here for a few months so I was unaware of the 10.1% convenience fee. Also when I got there I found out that a sign they have in the store says all burgers come with fries. I’m used to ordering my burger and a side of fries as I did when I called my order in. They usually have a large order of fries when you buy them by themselves but with a burger they’re smaller than McDonald’s. I’m going to wait this out until they get rid of the stupid convenience fee which impacts tips to those who work there unfortunately. I was looking forward to the large order of fries I only wish they would’ve told me. The burger was good.
Great customer service, quick service and good food at a good price. Went in midday on Friday. Vax card needed to sit inside to eat.
I ordered online and when I got there it wasn’t ready and I waited 15 minutes , the whole time my fries and onion rings were sitting under the heat lamp , they gave me too many fries and not enough onion rings and they were all cold . Fries taste like the oil hadn’t been changed in a long time . Not impressed ?
One of the best burgers I've had in awhile!! The cashier lady was super nice and friendly. Curly fries were awesome as well. Will definitely come back next time I'm in the area
I've been going here for plenty of years but during the pandemic it has changed my mind as the cook that is in the back making the burgers is never wearing his mask over his mouth or his nose and he is always eating his lunch right where he prepares the food, today I tried to give another chance and I go in and of course he's sitting there eating his lunch (with his hands not a fork or spoon)and as my order came in he grabs my Patty with the same hands he was just eating his food with the cashier said to me that the grill is 350 degrees so any germs will die once it's cooked and then I told the cashier every time I come in he has his mask off and she stated well he's vaccinated. I told her to cancel my order and I left this is so unsanitary especially during a pandemic I hope management sees this and makes a change because this is a good restaurant but is unacceptable.
Ordered a philly cheese steak with chicken instead of steak. Got a philly cheese stake with stake……. Cashier confirmed with management to switch the meat and still somehow messed it up. Cashier also tried denying service to a woman who walked in at the same time as me. For a small resteraunt, they really suck at communicating. Food wasn’t great, fries were over cooked and I couldn’t even enjoy my sandwhich- also their hours aren’t consistent with what’s listed on Google, they close at 9:00pm on Friday instead of 11:00pm.
The peanut butter malt I ordered tasted like a shake. So if I had ordered a PB shake I'd been happy.
They're milk shakes are awesome some of their food items don't stay the same they're different from one day to the next like the Philly cheesesteak one day of really good french fries the next day you have ends and cold and stale The week before completely opposite, awesome meal .
I finally was able to try out this little hole in the wall burger joint in Burien, on 1st Ave just a block or so north of Fred Meyers. I ordered a Hawaiian Beef Burger, crinkle fries and a soda. Under $10. There were only two people working, I felt getting food a little slow, but once I got burger and fries, quite tasty, burger was hot and not overly cooked. Fries were perfect! A small place, so If very concerned about Covid and small dining space, you can always take food to go! The burger reminded me of food at a local truck stop café back home in Eastern Iowa. Good food at reasonable rates. Give them a try some time, if in Burien.
Small dining room but the food is good, especially the steak burger. There are different versions of fries you can get too. Like crinkle cut fries to waffle fries. I also liked their special dipping sauce, very similar to thousand island dressing.
