So you charge $20 for a plate. No problem. We're in here literally every other day. I order carne asada. Comes with a cheap little iceberg "salad". Just iceberg and a slice of cucumber. Still, no problem. Then it arrives with indistinguishable white dressing all over it. I ask the waiter what it is, he doesn't know. I tell him I have an allergy to anything mayo based. I request one just dry. He ignored it. We call him over again and make the request in Spanish just in case there may have been a language barrier. No problem. So why then does a woman come over and tell us we'd need to pay for it since we didn't tell her about the allergy while ordering. There is NOTHING on that menu stating it would be covered in said nameless white sauce. You would think it was reasonable, no? Given that we spend a couple hundred a week in there. It was really something. The level of PETTINESS. Why would you behave that way over a few pieces of lettuce when a customer is saying they can't eat it? You forego a couple hundred over some dry iceberg? Your prices already ridiculous and the food is inconsistent. At times, inediblely salty from one day to the next. Just, no. Do better.

Found a long long long strand of hair‍ in my burrito as I was telling my husband this was best burrito they've made this time. Do I keep eating there? Idk After brushing and cleaning my mouth it still feels like I have hair in my mouthFor reference we've eaten here more than a dozen times and order from the app, so I've probably eaten a whole head of hair by now and not know until today. One star bc of the hair, but 4 star for being convenient, close to home, and on par for fast food. Give me a few months, a bottle of tequila to help clean my system out, and you might see me there on taco Tuesday or whatever.

BEST TACOS AL PASTOR IN TOWN!! Would totally recommend coming here! My waiter Paola was so polite to me and my friends! Will definitely come back when we're in the area!

I love the service here. Maria Pahola was so very helpful with explaining the menu to me, and the atmosphere is awesome and light here as well. I usually go for the taco special it’s affordable and delightful to eat.

So delicious and affordable. I typically get 6 street tacos with carne asada + drink deal, mole enchiladas, and a cheesecake burrito: Street tacos are generously filled; almost ordered another of the mole enchiladas when I was done; Cheese cake burrito was exactly what I was hoping for, even though it was delivery it was not soggy and the ice cream wasn’t melted. I was sick and ordered pozole which was really good. This has definitely become one of my go to orders.

Great service and wonderful staff. The food is good..what you expect from a chain. It's the service and good vibes that I like about this restaurant

Food was good. The presentation was very well creative, and yeah i’ll definitely eat here again. Service was good as well. Thank you Patricia! :)

I've had good food at all the El Rinconcito locations I've been to, but this particular one is absolutely the best! It is also the only Mexican food place that serves actual flautas instead of serving taquitos and calling them flautas. Wonderful!

This authentic Mexican food warms the heart. English and Spanish spoken with ease. Thank you for your patient and friendly service, Patricia.

Got all our orders wrong even though we repeated it multiple times. But giving a 3 cause food was good. Staff seemed to be having a bad day.
