Sweet little hole in the wall in Burien. They had one last order of empanadas with shrimp and crab left and I scooped it up. The filling was chock full of shrimp and crab in a delicate white sauce. The plating was beautiful. It was topped with shredded cabbage, cherry tomatoes and two sauces. I was offered and took a small container of chipotle salsa which was great on top. It came with chips and salsa and a plate of rice and beans. The black beans were incredibly tasty - earthy and soft, seasoned just right; I couldn't stop eating them.
My husband and I decided to give this place a shot and I can honestly say that I was not disappointed! The first I have to say is the customer service is so amazing! The food is really good and my husband loved the salsa , I don’t care for Smokey salsas so I passed on the sauce but all in all it was very good food! We got a carne asada burrito and molotes which were fantastic! They are a little pricey for Mexican food but I still recommend everyone try it! We will definitely be back.
We were in the area and went with high expectations after reading the reviews. The food is flavorful but I think the the portion sizes are not big enough. And you get to pay extra for sour cream and guacamole with a burrito.
The restaurant is cheerful and nicely decorated. It was super clean. The food was excellent. We had a nice variety of dishes and all were terrific! Great place!
I came for some food while my tires got changed nearby. I ordered mole enchiladas and chips and guacamole. Everything I had was absolutely amazing! Tastes super authentic. Really the most authentic Mexican food I’ve had in seattle. If I lived nearby I would eat here regularly.
This place is great!Food was delicious.Guac was fresh and amazing.Legit grilled pineapple chunks in the pastor.Eat here and you won't regret it.
Excellent Oaxacan food. Got mole enchiladas which were excellent. Very cool in season specials as well and dope beer selection. Would recommend.
The best Mexican Food in Washington!!!! So glad ur here in Burien. Chile Rellenos are my favorite but all is great. Unique flavors and presentation is Awesome. My new fav!!!
Recommending any dish with mole, the carne asada and the molotes. The rice and beans served here are delicious!
Food was excellent. Everything is made from scratch in this kitchen. Only reason I couldn’t give them 5 stars was because it was expensive and they were real weird about giving me salsa. Gave me one small cup of salsa for a 3 person order. Charged me an additional $1 per cup to get more. Made the experience frustrating.
