Order completely wrong. Employees didn't care in the least. Remade order still not correct.
Long story short I didn’t want to wait my entire life on the phone listening to the same prompts over and over for 15min+ Just to complain about a simple mistake they had made on our order.Ive never been sooooo annoyed calling back to complained about a pepperoni tomatoes pizza that was suppose to be pineapple tomato pizza! My girlfriend is vegetarian but she didn’t want to waste the pizza so she plucked off the pepperoni……worst idea ever lol; still tasted like pepperoni she says. Honestly wanted to throw my phone across the room rather than listen to their awful annoying robots. First time customers but I can already tell you to not expect any quick responses. Best advice check your orders if you’re picking up? :(
I ordered regular veggie pizza with no tomato, They forgot to cook without tomato. It’s okay not a big deal because it’s happened. But today literally they called me a liar. Why I’m I lie? I ordered by phone, They can even listen phone records. After they admitted their mistake instead of making on other pizza they picked tomato by hand and cooked it back. All off you know what happens when you cooked the pizza 2 times. I took the pizza without checking again that was my mistake. Anyhow it was unprofessional service and unexpected with this brand and I never have this kind of service with Domino’s except this store!.
Pizza finally arrived almost two hours after placing order online - COLD! No answer at local store, was on hold for almost 45 mins. Been ordering from this store for a while with no problems before, but this was a disaster!
I ordered online and I went In to pick it up and it was ready in less than 13 minutes. I like how I was able to check in the app before entering and how they knew I was there for my order .
This location can't seem to get staffing right for a Friday night? Isn't that like one of the busiest nights for pizza? How can you continually, take hours, literally, to prepare a pizza? Get it together. Its a soup sandwich. After an hour I called and cancelled.
I totally enjoyed eating here. The employee was extremely kind, helpful, informative, and courteous. I tried the online ordering thing and it did not work.
Horrible pizza. Literally no toppings on the pizza. I ordered the stuffed cheesy bread and it look like just a loaf of bread and raw in the middle. The Philly cheesesteak had maybe one piece of meat on it and the rest of it was completely bread. When I picked up my order the phones were ringing and no one was in sight at the store. Used to like this place but over the years has really gone down.
I went in the store, tried to order the $5.99 medium carryout special, but failed. The driver that was taking my order couldn't speak loud of clear enough. I emphasized multiple times that I was having problems understanding and/or heading him and he got upset with me. He marched away, and didn't even consult with a manager. The whole time that I was struggling in communicating with him, absolutely nobody that was working in the area came to address the problem. When the manager/supervisor finally intervened, he offered no apologies, concern, or regard for anything. He took my order, charged more than I thought was even the regular price, and offered nothing for a customer that obviously was still attempting to do business. When I was about to leave in my vehicle,I took a quick look and saw that both items were wrong. I returned them and still had to wait for yet another round of food to be made. I was offered no discounts, no coupons, no nothing.I used to manage a pizza restaurant, for years. I've never, ever, left the customer unsatisfied. That's bad business. Word of mouth is everything, and it's always better to keep them coming back. They pay your salary!
