Blackberry Tiramisu cupcake. Coconut cake with blackberry Tiramisu icing and a dollop of Blackberry preserves onto. Not too sweet. Very flavorful. Raspberry Italian soda on the side.
Remarkably DRY cupcakes. The location is gorgeous but the cupcakes are not quality at this location. This is remarkable because Cupcake Royal’s Seattle location never fails to impress.
Cupcakes aren’t baked at this location, it’s just an outlet. These cupcakes seem to have a small window of freshness after they arrive but they’re hard and dry by 3pm.
First time here and cupcakes were just ok, little dry.
I swung by here after dinner for dessert while visiting Seattle. I was pleasantly surprised with the happy hour special (all cupcakes half off). I ordered the cinnamon roll cupcake, and the highlight was the baby cinnamon roll on top of the cupcake. The icing was tasty but the overall cupcake was a little dry, and the cupcake was a little smaller than I would expect when paying more than $4 per cupcake (full price). If you plan to eat in the store, be aware, they do not have plates. Overall, I'm glad I tried this place for dessert.
Purchased German chocolate cupcakes for my birthday on the 6. on the 7th they were dry and hard. when I called to report this, I was told, it not our fault and, nothing we can do about it. bad customer service!
I placed a pickup order and when I go to pickup they told me that they are sold out. I placed my order hours before close and they still let me place the order and charged my card. They told me there is nothing they could do about it.

Adorable cupcake shop, this location is brand new and they definitely made it a really nice, cute little spot. Delicious cupcakes, friendly staff and service, nice selection of cute/cool Cupcake Royale merchandise like mugs and pins, etc, and it’s in suuuuuch a great spot in Downtown Burien! This is a beautiful cupcake shop in downtown Burien. They also serve delicious and strong Stumptown coffee. I love the buttercream on these cupcakes the most!The cake is on the dryer side but not too sweet. You can get lots of cool gifts here with the Cupcake Royale logo. It’s an inclusive shop that you’ll want to sit and sip your coffee and enjoy your treat in.
