So delicious, with creative vegan Latin American flavors (and meat for the omnivores). Friendly wait staff, big margaritas. Their housemade chips (totopos) are crunchy crispy salty goodness. I've been 4 times in about 4 weeks and I'll keep coming back. Companion enjoyed the doraditos with potato and refried black bean filling, which are shown in one of my pix--tasty little pillows.
Got Brussel Sprouts, Sweet Potato Tacos, and Cauliflower Nachos. Everything tasted pretty flat and boring... I think they need to add more crunch and flavor.

Great spot near the Sea-Tac Airport. Deep, rich flavors. Tasty selection of margaritas. Don't sleep on the cheese taco shell!
If I tell you how AWESOME my dinner was, you might come & make me wait in line later!! ?But, if I don’t tell you & they don’t stay in business, it would be a HUGE loss!What a unique dining experience of Mexican flair. I had 2 different tacos that were small, but great flavor! The Cruciferous (the waiter says is his favorite & vegan?) & the sweet potato & black bean (also vegan). Then the Habanero Enchiladas (vegetarian) & crispy Brussels sprouts (mine were on the burnt side, but a bit less done they would have been phenomenal!).Since everything else was so good… u know where this is going… ordered dessert… ??? y.u.m.: churrosGo, but don’t make me wait in line next time!
Decided to trust the reviews of this place since we were looking for a new Mexican place to try, and we already appreciated that they had online ordering. We got takeout recently.All I can say is WOW! I honestly believe that their barbacoa and steak tacos are THE best tacos we have ever had in our life, and we’ve been to several different places up and down the west coast. We were absolutely blown away with both the tacos and their cilantro-lime rice! Packed with flavor and a generous portion for what you pay for. One taco alone will pretty much fill you up!We also enjoyed their totopos and guac, queso, and churros. Though the queso was a little more cold than what we would’ve liked, the flavor was still there and it was delicious. You can tell the totopos are made fresh and in-house. I’ve never had anything like them. They were so delicious!Staff were also very friendly and fast, and our to-go order was ready earlier than expected. That was a huge bonus. We will definitely be returning to try other things on the menu and we can’t wait to do so!
First time here tonight and it was so good! Super friendly staff and delicious food and drinks! This place is really clean too. Highly recommended this place. Tons of flavor with everything we tried. We'll totally be coming back.
We had an excellent time at Centro. It is so nice to have restaurants of this caliber in Burien. Each dish we had was served hot and had incredibly unique flavors based on favorite Mexican comfort and street foods. The service was sweet and professional and everything came out quick. The drinks are strong!. The ambience in the restaurant is warm and lively and I’m looking forward to being able to use the patio. They also are now open for lunch, lucky Burien!
The food here is so good. Tons of veggie options! It's a little pricey but it's worth it. I love their cruciferous and sweet potato & black bean tacos. Their brussel sprouts, cauliflower nachos, and street corn are all delicious. I haven't eaten inside here but I would definitely recommend the food.
