Very good. Don't normally get a blended drink. But sure glad I was in the mood. Order the mythical mocha blended... yum! Day before I got a nutty yeti. It was good but not my favorite
I love there drinks but the line to get one is ridiculous. I usually wait 15-25 minutes. I waste my whole lunch break waiting.Now my experience with every different barista so far has been rude or seems like they hate their job.Now sometimes they get the drink wrong which is fine, it happens. But if they make the drink wrong and you don’t notice before you leave the drive through. They’ve told me they won’t fix it.Now I’m trying to decide if there drinks are worth it or not.
New staff training drinks were made a little bit different than the they are usually made by the regular staff on duty
I tried and tried to give this place a chance but I just can't. Batista's are rude, quality of the drinks are a big miss very few hits. Look very closely cause they sometimes WON'T put your number in. Maybe it's just located in the wrong place and attitude comes with the territory.
On 03/30 I’ve had bad experience with one of the gals not only did she make the wrong drink with only blended ice and no coffee whatsoever she was rude as well. Never going back there!
I understand there is many customers on line, but it really takes a long time to get what you order.
The 2 times I’ve attempted to order from here at 3:40am on my way to work the “system” was down and therefore I couldn’t order. If this happened once I’d give them a pass but now it’s happened twice almost exactly a month apart at roughly the same time in the morning. So either, the “system” is garbage or the employee just doesn’t want to work. Either way it reflects poorly on Bigfoot Java.
Came on Christmas eve in the later evening..great friendly staff! They just had a shift change and didn't catch the gals name who made my drink but she was newer I think and did a great job!
